Breast Augmentation Sizing Consultation

Question that’s unrelated to this client.. if it’s the day of the surgery can the doctor make a judgement call while the client is on the table about a smaller size being better?
Does that or has that ever happened? When the client wakes up and it’s a smaller size than they originally chose?

And it will feel like two soft balls pressing against your man's back... while he is trying to sleep...lol
