Very informative. I would be devastated if Cambodia closed down their freelance visa (Class EB self-employed work permit) and entrepreneur/company startup pathway - it already one of the least regulated immigrations system in the world but an excellent getaway for many.

Interesting, there has been an announcement by them today about upgrades. The deadline of Aug 15, 2023 is no longer applicable and upgrades are now back open - so they changed their mind on upgrades already.
