ОтветитьI am 40, work out regularly. I still think I am in my 20ies and do minimal stretches. I have started feeling all sorts of tightness in many different areas of my body. I did these eight recommended stretches for almost 80% of the reps, and I feel much better. I will do this at least 2-3 times a week, and I think it will make the body even better with flexibility and mobility. Thank you for the excellent video.👏
ОтветитьDude, I can't listen to you hollering all echo-y in a stark room with poor acoustics. If you want followers, invest in a headset mike. Or fix the horrible audio quality somehow. I'm not going to listen to that amateur sound quality - not when there are lots of high quality videos to choose from.

ОтветитьI just wish you would have done the whole thing with counting the time and repetitions so I could have done in while watching instead of either pausing a bunch of time to execute or try to remember it all from the get go.
ОтветитьI slept wrong, so my neck and shoulder are knotted and messed up. I also worked a 12 hour day and I am extremely tight and in pain. I did every stretch in the video and I feel exponentially better now, I will be doing these tomorrow, and hopefully every day as well thank you so much for making this! Subscribed, and will definitely will be checking out more of your content!
ОтветитьGreat video. I would suggest adding plantar facitis stretches as we age its critical to quality of life and pain avoidance. You show the stretch for the video but don't review it.

ОтветитьThe CAT/COW and Neck stretches were probably the hardest to do for me first time. I couldn't reach 30, but I definitely want to try out other stretches to optimize how long I can perform them through repetition. Most of the time it feels stiff when I keep doing that position for too long. CAT/COW the wrists start to feel like it's under a lot of pressure for example.

ОтветитьSorry, the title is unclear to me. Can I stick to just these 8 stretches? Or do I have to do more to increase flexibility all around? I know adding more can’t hurt, but I’m trying to keep it minimal to start

ОтветитьYou demonstrate how to do the stretch correctly but do not do the 3 times on each side you recommend. Can you do a stretching video that covers that? Trying to do morning stretches before coffee. Make it mindless and follow your lead.
