How soon can thickening be done? At what age?

Mam my son pass away july 6 because of aspiration,they go for tube but they said the life of my son is 50/50 how come they need to do tube to revive my son but still my son deid😭

My 2 months baby continuously coughs while drinking water or milk .what is happening with my baby ? The doctor says everything is ok .It's been nearly 2 week he still coughs while eating.

I lost my son in September due to aspiration pneumonia" The pain still cuts deep ,I don't know if I will ever heal from this ,he was only nine months old

But for how old a baby? 6 weeks old babies don't eat solids...?

I figured out after my 3months old newphew is no more this morning, not sure why consumption of milk went through lungs and caused respiration problem..😢

Neonatal and newborns up to 6 months can safely do these mixers for thickening ? What level nipple? Why are you not discussing the importance of the nipple size and flow along with mentioning nothing about swallow studies first confirming what nectar and nipple is safe for the baby?
