This is so basic. How can we consider Business Days and Holidays?

Hi can you help me with the formula to determine if there is an overlap between 2 ranges of date.

Like for example first range is 01/01/2022 to 12/31/2022 second range is 12/01/202 to 12/31/2023

I would like to learn the formula to identify immediately if there is an overlap between this 2 range of dates.

I want to calculate the days difference between 2dates excluding Saturday and Sunday. But the start date is as of current day.Example today 15/01/2023 and invoice date is 10/01/2023, the days difference is 4days, tomorrow the same will be calculated as of 16/01/23 (which best formula can used returning the value as positive)

If I have to use the current date and calculate daily..can I use a general formula for the start day instead of changing it to 15/01,16/01 etc ).also the value return as negative .how to keep as a positive value despite having the age difference?

if anyone is having issues, set the target output cell to a number type, not date type
