100% of the exploits I've ever found through doing "stuff" have been taken as me being a criminal and action taken against me. Eventually after I started to attract too much trouble I stopped reporting stuff because it got me nowhere. The ONLY way to make these idiots pay attention is unfortunately by doing something that you don't actually want to do.

Any company that uses online services needs a bug bounty system. They should appreciate people reporting QUIETLY to them about weaknesses. Any company that ignores this is literally gonna get hacked by someone to prove their security sucks, and if they didn't listen to a white hat then they deserve everything they get.
