This is just… wow. My, I don’t… my mind is blown. I work in IT and have been into drones for years (not exactly an expert either) and love technology other than its potential to devastate humanity. That said, I’m not sure if this is tech or the user or both. I had no idea this was possible and have always wondered. It’s so amazing and cool looking that I got the McGurk effect while watching it. Easily by far and away the greatest tornado footage of any kind and probably best storm footage of all time. Bravo dude this is wild.

Is it possible to utilize a 360 camera? that way you could create stable focused video vs spinning. Simply amazing though! This has scientific value.

In the very last 15 seconds of the video there is white spots poofing around the ground underneath where the tornado was roping out and gone, were those large impacts of large hail? Does anyone know what those white poofs on the ground were at the end??

I could feel so much tension build up when the drone kept on flying around like it was nothing. I even stopped breathing, on the edge of my seat when it made fly bys. It almost went through it; I was certain it would been blown away but somehow it managed to dart around it like a little troll lol.
