Will this work on the 2018 Ford Explorer and how can I get it to work

My samsung phone will connect to ford sync but when I turn ignition off and then restart engine, I lose bluetooth connection and have to re-connect phone to ford sync. It was working fine until I installed the android 13 update on my phone. Do you know how I can correct this problem? I have a 2014 Escape.

How do you exit the android auto app and return to the home screen that is shown when you first start the truck? I don't see a home button or X close button on the android auto app screen.

Do you know why the little weather icon in the top right corner of the screen will show up in the a.m when I plug my phone in then later in the day when I start my truck it won't show up. I checked all the settings.
