If you are planning on having a family you can say goodbye to almost all off these habits. because the closer the date of birth gets the more the choices are going to shift from easy or hard way to hard or even harder way and the more stressful it gets overall. In this case i would advise you to get your information and tipps from those people who had it the hardest.

Time management:
When you work work, when you play play. If u want something more advanced start by planning the day tommarow, time to wake up, time to eat, time to workout/ work, sleep

Eating: avoid all or nothing, you can cheat every once in a while but don't go comeplety off rails and self sabotage the progess you made

I think the tip that helped me the most is to just do it, whether u have the motivation or not, if you can't work for one hour, start by telling yourself to do only 5 minutes - by the time you do these 5 minutes if you can't continue then stop, but 10 minutes of doing is worth more than 10 hours of thinking about doing
