As someone who's recovering from health anxiety after 2.5 horrible years, there's no better advice. And also don't want people's cancer stories. Also for people currently in the thick of things, it can get better, one day you will wake up and not think that you have cancer - and then your actual physical health will start improving too because you won't be so anxious all the time!
