Good to see Moto coming with such feature. Does Ready For work with Chromecast? Samsung Dex works only with Miracast in wireless mode so no compatibility with Google TV or Android TV. That means it can be used only with TizenOS, WebOS and FireTV operating system based TVs.

In pc, the dex is slow, but once you use electric dock and display monitor then the speed is just like windows

After some searching i found that can mirror my phone but can't use Ready GO app on Android 9 plus TV.

Since 80% Android box or Smart TV above 6 version don't support MeraCast.

And Ready GO app need only meracast.

@gyantherapy :- Brother, can you share which cable you used motorola to connect to your pc. I know its a usb c to hdmi one, but i want to the brand which you used in this video, as it is compatible with moto ready for.

My son used dex on s10e the entire lockdown for online classes, connecting to a Monitor , blutooth keyboard and mouse. Does Motorola phone connect with monitor or it only connect with laptop?

I think samsung should bring this feature to MSeries as well say m51 user paid 24999 and no dex benefits sounds very occurred old s9 s9 plus have note 8 9 have which are cheaper
And if IO Port or hardware compatability issue then that must be address well before the design it self.

I wanted to ask about docking stations. If you use one - Aren't you worried about overcharging the battery/shortening its life? Since it's charging constantly. Or about connecting your phone to an external monitor (on daily basis).

I found no workaround for this issue saldy and want to use an external monitor that has OLED touchscreen. Couldn't find anything that had a battery (monitors with batteries), OLED and a price that is not something bad completely.

I was thinking about Magedok 13,3 fullhd OLED touchscreen. Close enough to Asus zenscreen OLED 13,3 (can't get the later in my country for a long time from now still).

I have some questions, maybe you can help.

1. Firstly, Does plugging the power source (to the monitor) stop phone battery drainage? Does it even slow it? I watched reviews, but all they say is that plugging the monitor I can just boost the brightness. So I'm worried it would still consume my phone's battery even when I connect my monitor to energy source (using it's charger).

2. Secondly, if instead the phone is ALSO CHARGED when monitor uses its own charger - Is there any way for me to stop charging my phone when it's not needed? Having the phone charging constantly is very destructive for the battery in smartphones (I had one exploding in the past from being charged too often).

3. If it's not possible to stop charging the phone (when monitor is charging with its own charger) - Can I disconnect the charger from monitor and run the monitor using my phone only (with my phone's battery as the only energy source)? Then I could simply drain the battery to the moment where charging is okay once more (and connect monitor to its charger again).

4. Here I'm worried that 4k OLED could have a bigger energy consumption and won't run with my phone without plugging the monitor into its charger, as I'm interested in either their fullhd or 4k option (I use it pretty close to my face and do very detilaed work so even with small screen it still matters to me).

To make your task easier - My phone is Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. It has battery 4500 mAh (if this info helps you with anything).

Every phones now a days Motorola launching as 5g have snapdragon 695,90hz/120hz display, 50mp camera, same design.... Nothing changes with new phones.... They are very bad at update and software is not optimised well in every device, also battery backup is not good..... Instead of flooding mobile launches improve available devices
