Does anyone else have a tough time moving their head while signing? That's such a thing with me and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to combat that issue. Thanks!!
ОтветитьI care for a patient who is mute. She can her but she communicates with sign. These videos are helping me better communicate with her. Thank you so much!❤
ОтветитьIf you did the sign for “same” in place of the word “with”, would that work? Like if you wanted to sign “do you want to come eat with me?”, could you just sign “you want come eat same me”?
Ответитьshes cool
Ответитьquick question, if anyone could answer it would be super appreciated. when she does repetitive movements, is it because she wants us to see the sign multiple times, or does, for instance, the sign "girl" require you to do the hand movement twice? (also sorry if this is mentioned in the video, im watching them in segments so i dont get overloaded at once)
ОтветитьWhat is a good daily practice routine for a beginner?
ОтветитьThank you so much for all of these excellent videos. I am learning ASL Sign language and your teaching method is excellent. Thanks for your amazing channel!
ОтветитьI'm learning to sign just in case if i lose my hearing one day who knows lol
ОтветитьMy friend has autism and she’s deaf, so I used some of the sign languages I learned throughout all six videos! She can now comfortably ask me what she needs and if she’s starting to get sensitive. Helped not just me but her so much :D thank you for these videos :]
ОтветитьCan you please go a little slower..?
ОтветитьI take asl at college and use these videos to assist and review. Love it especially learning more sentences.
Ответитьtysm i have a deaf classmate and this would be very helpful if im trying to help her if shes doing something wrong!
ОтветитьMy sis is deaf so I’m using sign language thank you so much for teaching me
ОтветитьThank you so much!,
ОтветитьI have a question. When I am signing to someone, should I be looking at the person or looking at my hands?
ОтветитьMy teacher went onto her maternity break, our substitute is deaf so im using this to help me
ОтветитьIn the last part when you signed I love ASL, I'm not sure if you were signing love or ASL you went a bit too fast for me to notice even when I went back I couldn't understand. It is a but harder for me to understand things I'm just slower then others so I learn differently I guess. Was it ASL or LOVE?
ОтветитьI'm so thankful for the content you provide and the endless windows you've opened for me when it comes to communication. I live in an area where there is a GIGANTIC community of people with developmental disabilities and this has been a life changer in regards to how I've been able to relate others on a human level. It's SO needed.
ОтветитьPlease listen to Deaf people when they say hearing people SHOULD NOT teach ASL. Your content steals viewers from actual Deaf people who teach ASL. If you know anything about Deaf culture, you wouldn't be trying to profit off of another language/culture that isn't your own.
Ответитьthank you
ОтветитьSo much lovely!!!! Love this!
ОтветитьI’m liking so much
ОтветитьI'm using this to talk to deaf people
ОтветитьDo ask and need have the same sign?
Ответитьthose strategically placed comedic clips though, lol
ОтветитьHey! I’m learning sign language because of how sick I am right now and also how I go nonverbal sometimes

ОтветитьIs it okay that I use any hand for the sign
ОтветитьI'm deaf but never really had an opportunity to learn ASL or really know all that much about it. I got hearing aids so I never got to learn about this and now im trying to learn how to sign! Your videos have been so helpful, especially with how to explain each sign. Thank you so much for what you do :]
ОтветитьI am using this video for my sister bc I have A lisp so most of the time o speak in ASL
ОтветитьI wonder why ASL grammar is different from regular english grammar. Like for "I love signing ASL", why does it have to be "signing ASL love it." Because you could easily sign it "I love signing ASL." Jus genuinely curious loll
Ответитьi love how you give back stories behind all the signs, like for example the cap for the sign boy. it helps me remember them better
ОтветитьI like your class my nice is deaf , I am learning, taking with him . Thanks 🙏 for your teacher
ОтветитьI'm unable to subscribe. My little 4 year old little guy & I are learning ing asl using your videos

ОтветитьI love it and it helps me communicate with my friends quietly (they need to learn too) but i love it! And why is it only 30 signs if you said 150?
ОтветитьI've been depressed for over a few months now and decided today to take up sign language out of boredom, I thought it was going to be hard, but I'm already sighnig sentences on my own , thank you for this video, it made me happy to learn something new!
ОтветитьI just found your channel and love it so far! Do you have any travel specific videos with common phrases if youre teaveling?
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьWhen signing "her, his, we, etc.", does the position/direction of the hand matter? For example, does the position of the hand change the "his" to "hers"? Thank you!
