ОтветитьI want a sonicstate review of the MicroKorg …
ОтветитьDo you need an Amp?
ОтветитьCan anyone tell me how many patterns it can save totally?
ОтветитьDo you feel like it can replace a drum machine?
ОтветитьI don't get how back then it was £379 and now it's almost £500.
ОтветитьHow do I get this to work with cubase? additional sound filters (+arpeggio) don't work, and it plays wrong sounds (like guitar is piano, and brass is is flute, and drum is FX)
ОтветитьCan u save to pc has MP3/4 ?
ОтветитьAwesome vid. I'm a synth novice, but that drum looping feature seems like a strong selling point. Do any other synths in this price range (or lower) have this feature? Can it loop chord sequences too?
ОтветитьIn 2022, is there any synth on the market that is like this with full size keys, more keys, and more multitimbral abilities along with an arp and sequencer?
ОтветитьBest synthesizer keyboard till now is Roland JD 800
ОтветитьLove my JD-Xi 👍❤️
ОтветитьShift also works with the Cursor up/down buttons to skip through the categories of parameters (OSC, filter etc.) instead of single parameters.
ОтветитьIt's a shame is only 4 tracks and you cannot use the vocoder with analog synth. Piano is not good.
ОтветитьI'll say it again....This guy knows his stuff...
ОтветитьI've had my jd xi for years and didn't even know about a few of these features lol I know what i'm doing later
ОтветитьIt’s great how your reviews are great years later. ❤️
ОтветитьI find the piano patch to be absolutely worthless, the dynamic range of the keystrokes is impossible to tame. I am new to synthesis, does anybody know if there is a way to change the dynamic range of the keystrokes?
ОтветитьPlease, someone answer me, its possible use the synth for create samples and sell? Thanks.
Ответитьthere's a sandwich somewhere with anti cucumber attitude and a leaning towards the tomato squad.
Ответитьseems shitty word contrast is ubiquitous.
my micro KORG needs to come with an overhead light and a magnifying lens.
Your the GOAT my man 🙏✊👊💪
ОтветитьI just got one used, no manual of course lol so I'm trying to figure out what works and what doesnt running blind, but I enjoy the sounds alot, very usable for my music. my next step is to experiment with midi and my guitar synth interface.
Ответитьreal honesty and review rarely coincide. real thorough mister
ОтветитьI have a well furnished studio. 25 years in the synth game.
The JD-XI has been my go to synth now for over 4 years.
Sketch pad, performance & recording.
It’s a fantastic synth. Incredible audio quality. An absolute bargain.
I do not use computers generally in the studio. Use the Akai MPC Studio Black only (Another fantastic underrated tool).
I’ve created some great work using JD-XI. It’s earned it’s original purchase price multiple times over & over.
Reliability - Perfect. Flawless reliability. Never failed a note in thousands of hours use.
Roland created the perfect compact synthesiser.
Really looking forward to Rolands next generation of portable sub £500 synths.
Topping the JD-XI will be hard work.
PS - Love the vocoder mic position face Nick at 4 minutes. Very Alan Partridge. Funny.
Surprised no Bluetooth for 🎧
ОтветитьI found some really good Rhodes patches. I love this thing.
ОтветитьSounds great 👍
ОтветитьToo bad that with all that capability you couldn’t come up with a demo that was actually musical.
ОтветитьWhy the hell is there no damper pedal input. . . . so tilting. This is literally the perfect machine for me otherwise.
ОтветитьIs it just me? The red on black and red glow makes me think of a Klingon D7 K'Tinga battlecruiser.
I'm not even a Trekkie!
I've ordered one for my composing recording set up, anyway.
What a review !
ОтветитьNice for home but for live you need a typing diploma
Ответитьdid they fix the filter stepping? seems... not good. none of my other cheap synths filter step... thought we left that type of thing back in 1998
Ответитьits basically a groovebox? with an analog synth?
ОтветитьThis looks like a great synth. So many possibilities. Just bought a second hand model and can't wait for it to arrive.Perfect for my up and go lifestyle.Great vid again. Thanks
Ответить
Ответитьjust bought one and i love it! mine came with an alternative cover with the parameters written in white, so the words being red was not a problem, I just put the cover on.
ОтветитьAnyone know what they mean by “crossover synth”?
ОтветитьA module version of this would be so ideal. Anyone know how to, or who to send a synth to for one of those keyboard removal mods like people did to the OG Minilogues?
ОтветитьHe sounds like Tom Hardy playing Ronnie and reggie kray in legend
ОтветитьHow is it a starter synth? Are all vocoders and drum machines beginner synths?
ОтветитьI'm not exactly new to synths, but admittedly not super experienced as well so I'm not familiar with this whole "analog vs digital" crap. All I know is that this synth sounds pretty nice to my ears.
Ответитьid never sell mine. its sequencer is excellent and great for sequencing other gear. this synth help rocket my music production into another dimension tbh. the super natural engine is fine by me and there are beats galore to choose from. top affordable synth
ОтветитьHey synth lovers (and addicts)! Ever wonder what goes into the making of a synthesizer? Big or small, basic or complex, boutique or industrial - What materials, minerals and metals are used to build such marvellous devices? What type of toxic practices add up to the making of these instruments that many worship and swear by? Where the components come from? What labour conditions exist inside factories in China (where an overwhelming majority of all synthesizer components originate) What kind of pollution and environmental damage is involved in the production of synthesizers, electronic instruments, cables, jacks and all such peripheral devices? What happens to your synthesizer once it's tossed out as junk? Where does it end up? Worth a thought? Well, it's high time you did...
