Great video. Thank you. I’ve noticed that all the videos reviewing these products are you fit trim people speaking extensively about their exercise schedules ect. However these videos are marketed to people who are overweight and need to get healthy. 88% of Americans are overweight and even less exercise regularly so it’s hard to watch all you young lean fit people talking about healthy living. Many like me, the targeted individuals, want to know will they help use gain insight into our eating and help us make healthy food choices to lose weight. After watching at least 30 video on both of these products I still have no idea. I gained a lot of information from you videos so thank you.

Lumen is like $500 for the first year and then 240 a year after

I want to buy Levels but they require your consent to enroll you in a research study using the bio data gathered from the patch. Which means my bio data is going to 3rd parties which I’m not comfortable with

Both these options are only available in the US. Do you know of equivalent services that are available in Europe?

Ngl I’m kinda sick of fitness products being passed as “services” like the aura ring or these. Just let me buy the damn product I ain’t paying a subscription(hella expensive subscriptions at that) I can kinda understand for the levels since you’ll need more pads and sensors with time. But damn all these companies lost me as a potential customer for solely that reason

Thanks for this comparison video. I too wish Lumen was more granular, but still luv it. I use a different CGM for type-2 diabetes, but like having both. I'm making steady progress reversing my type-2 diabetes. Please keep the great info and videos coming.

I've been using Lumen for about 9 months. If you access the information they give you it's really rather easy combined with IF (think 15-17, 16-8, 17-9) it's a great tool. I like that if I eat a donut it doesn't have to throw me off. I can plan my day around that donut and make it fit (don't recommend doing this often) or Maybe I can eat half a donut. If I skip a day it doesn't take 5 days to get back on track. It's not as restrictive as Keto or Paleo and it's cheaper than most really guided meal plans. 200+ sounds like a lot but that's for a year. The last plan I did was around that per month. Levels is a little pricier than I would prefer maybe if I hadn't tried Lumen first I might not view it that way.

I’ve lost 70lbs and it’s been keto , low carb no sugar. I had ordered the Lumen but after 2 weeks I returned it. I intermittent fast … I’m now down to 20/4 basically one meal a day 6PM. The Lumen started off saying I was burning my body fat and then every day after it was moving a digit in the opposite direction which made zero sense (I also blood test for KETOSIS) so I really questioned this device… another thing is after a period of time I don’t see what purpose it would serve. Another thing I HATED was I would have to do it twice every morning to get it right and it just became a pain… too much work for little payback and payback that I don’t know how it could be accurate… as I said I’m down 70 Lbs. The plus side was they were very good about returning but the window is tight. 💞

I hear of women using Lumen and gaining. No time for that I returned it.

I would go for Levels but the idea of having to wear a patch with needles under my skin is not that appealing. And what about showers...? David Sinclair says he uses it to tell which specific foods agree with his body or not. That is awesome information. If Lumen can do that it is a now brainer.

Which glucose monitor did you pick? I heard the Libre one has issues calibrating.

Also, I saw you on your prior Levels review that you haven’t compared with Nutrisense. There are some good comparison sites with information. NS website seems cleaner and more robust than Levels. Thoughts?

Totally agree with your about many peoples wellness struggles are due to carb / sugar intake being too high.

Great review! I've been waiting for this one. I really think levels is for me, but I don't know about that price. Thanks so much for the review.
