2023 RAV4 Hybrid - I had a heck of a time getting the lighter plug out of the old unit. Couldn't get the silver part out, ended up forcing the whole thing thru, then filed the edges of the plug just a bit to get it in the new unit. Ugh. Also, the feet clip don't seem to snap on the new unit like they did the old. Love the pad tho

Question. I see there is an on/off button. Why would you need to turn it off? Does it stay on when the vehicle is off draining battery?

Question: How do you calculate the load for the 12V charger that is now also being used for wireless charging as well as two cable ports? Can it handle the load is the question? Why I ask is that I am also interested in the QC 3.0 charge port on the front dash to fill in the empty/fake button. This device also T's off the 12 volt charger. Thus can I also include this QC3.0 charger in terms of power draw? Its easy enough to daisy chain in with the others, thats not the problem.

BUT is it connected to the cars system so it shows up on the infotainment screen? Does it connect to apple carplay?

Does this work with the car off? As of now with the regular car charging cable car needs to be on to charge it it's annoying when I turn the car off it won't charge with the cables .RAV4 baby

Can you do a video on how you remove the whole panel that contains the dummy plug? under the climate control thing.... i cant figure out how to remove the LED screen, button and dummy plug. I saw the video of removing the dummy plug but is there a way to see what is under the plastic to the left of the dummy plug /knockout? - want to remove the piece directly above this tray you are installing - any help would be great

I'll save myself the fire hazard and get the wireless charger that plugs into the lighter port. That QC card means less than the paper it was printed on.

How to modify for PRIME?

What would nice is accurate videos where people struggle. This video shows…”just pull out the wires”, when it is NOWHERE that easy.

What is the difference of left hand driver and right hand driver? Is it asking if the driver is on the left or right side? Or literally left handed or right handed? It confused me... new to this!

I purchased this last month for my ‘21 Rav4. It works amazing. I just set my phone down and forget it on long drives. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Great install part is 59 dollars pretty reasonable considering its not standard even on the rav4 limited trim
