if you die to f7 with 3/4 storm, goggles, and hyp, heres my suggestion:
dont play f7
if you die during clear you just end up throwing runs

i feel like there is just a way too big gap between the hype and every other mage weapon in the game.. both damage and price wise

i cant get the necro reforge on the wise dragon armor. Could someone tell me why?

Goggles is the best helmet for mage, because of ability dmg
And sheep is one of the best mage pets because easy mana+ability dmg

dude u can star gear wthout dungeonizing it, it will say [Rarity] Dungeons [Peice]. also dreadlord sword is literally better than bonzo; i have solo killed bladesoul with it...

Cool, but what do you use in between progressing to getting a Hyperion? You just skipped a major point of progression from Spirit Scepter to a Hyperion.

You can actually star the dragon armor without dungeonizing it. Not sure if it’s a bug but I’m pretty sure I received a boost. No cata 18 required. Helped me survive higher level catacombs so I could be carried to get cata 18

personally i rush dungeons until cata 18 where i can use dungeonised necrotic wise drag armor + spirit sceptre & leg sheep pet.
basically:
- buy completion carries of whichever highest floor u can play (make sure u get milestone 3 before the run finishes -> extra cata xp)
- if u struggle to survive use a tanky dungeon set (heavy/super heavy armor), or dodge everything and kill from afar
- after you complete f4, save up for spirit sceptre. makes clearing & getting milestone 3 easier
- after u hit cata 18 use necrotic wise drag armor + highest tier goggle, spirit sceptre, legendary sheep.
then u can do whatever u want. i grinded cata xp until i reach cata 24, then buy f7 completion carry to get storms armor.

some extra stuff:
- use sighted reforge (combat 20 req)
- talismans. get as many as u can & set all ur tuning points to intelligence
- play some zombie slayers so u can get healing wands
- get ur enchanting levels up. ultimate wise 5 on spirit sceptre/aote

Do not get bonzo staff, in fact dreadlord sword is better, I remember getting bonzo staff and being super dissatisfied.

Floor 2 with necrotic wise dragon is a hard glasscannon build so prepare to die on every major enemy and sometimes the normal ones too if you are running around alone.

dont forget about talisman

I was told necromancer armor would be better for dungeons than my 5 star necrotic wise dragon armor with wisdom 5 on every piece and 5 star spirit sceptre with ultimate wise 5 on it, I'm obviously a mage but necromancer armor doesn't give much mana...
