Sum Tom salad
ОтветитьThere is an eastern North American fruit called a Paw Paw.
ОтветитьHow should I fertilize it?
ОтветитьI don’t like papaya on its own but a squeeze of lime juice completely changes the flavour.
ОтветитьA few tips for growing Papaya:
Completely de-husk seed before sowing, remove the entire black husk so you’re left with the tiny pale green seed inside. This will increase the speed of germination and overall germination rate significantly.
Once the seedlings are around 20-30cm high pinch off the growing tip, this will force the tree to grow multiple trunks and triple your fruit production 👍
Awesome thank you ☺️ subscribed
ОтветитьCan I buy some seeds from you? Would love to grow my own fruit.
ОтветитьWe also call it PayPal in South Africa.
ОтветитьWatched. 🇩🇴 help the papayas grow
ОтветитьThey grow at my grandparents yard except they rot what’s the remedy to help them grow safe from 🇩🇴
ОтветитьI want to help them grow

ОтветитьHi I know this
Ответитьbetik
ОтветитьJust so you know. Papaya is a superfood. it is also the fruit with the most enzymes. Great for acid reflux sufferers. Eat your medicine. It is also a moderate GI food it scores a 60. No kidding; do your research.
ОтветитьThank you. Just starting the journey down the road toward growing.. I do enjoy your videos.
ОтветитьWe are new to papayas and live in Ecuador. We noticed that our papaya tree which was once about 4 feet is now about 20 feet tall after 27 months is now starting to have new shoots and today we noticed a flower.
I had to look up if they can fruit again at a lower level of the tree and this is when I saw your video.
We already lost our other tree due to the weight of the Hawian papayas being so large during a windy day and wished we knew the trick about cutting it back to 4 feet.
Thank you for putting this out there for us to learn how to take care of the tree.
Here in Hawaii we squeeze lime or lemon on the ripe fruit before we eat it. That improves the taste a lot !
ОтветитьI can't believe you don't like rope papaya. Squeeze some lime on top it's delicious. My mum also makes a tuna mayonnaise salad with ripe papaya - sweet and salty.
ОтветитьMexico is North America from guatemala to Panama is Central America and from Colombia to chile is south America 👍
ОтветитьI really enjoyed your video. It's a cracker. Have you ever tried to grow the trees horizontally ?
ОтветитьGreat😂
ОтветитьOctober 7th 2023
I'd like to try these in western Florida
We get a pretty cold winter... The Summers have been in the 90s..
Can't hurt my pride thanks Mark be safe
Talk too much about some things else, doesn’t go directly to germination
ОтветитьLove your upload... 😊
ОтветитьMark love your content. At 66 I'm still learning. I just discovered that in my garden I have both the pawpaw and the papaja. Please advise. My plants produce about 12 to 18 fruits but thereafter all leaves whiten up and drop off. Any idea why? I'm from South Africa, Pretoria with sometimes mild frost during July.
ОтветитьHi Mark, nice educational video about PAPAYAS!... Please, leave some fruits for the animals and birds.🎉 , hoarding, greediness is wrong , and the Lord wants us to be givers from all the abundance of HIS bounty .. Peace
ОтветитьI had a papaya tree and the fruit had white seeds and the skin was hard and we couldn't eat it
ОтветитьFirst of the first ,we must to
STOP
somehow...🤚⚖️🌍🕊🪖⚠️...
all "haarp and sura fields"...
and then to continue to Hope to have agriculture!🌍⚠️🍃💧😢
Those natural Juice drinks from papaya are the most refreshing you could have on a hot summer day.
ОтветитьPapaya is delicious when it’s not too ripped. I sprinkle chia seeds or flax powder and a drizzle of honey and maybe granola. It’s delicious
ОтветитьPapaya smells like booty
Ответить"I don't much like papayas, I only have like 5 papaya trees in my garden"
ОтветитьHonestly it’s a cool looking plant too
ОтветитьHi Mark, May I share your video please? Thank you and greetings from Sicily Island Italia 🇮🇹
ОтветитьThank you for the info
ОтветитьPapaya is, yes, pronounced [pa-pa-YAH]
they do well in shakes or smoothies. You can also sprinkle a LITTLE sugar and some lime juice on the fruit to make it more palatable.
So yummy
ОтветитьMan you talk so much just get done
ОтветитьMy papaya tree tree produces female flowers only but the flowers never open up why? What to do?
Ответить👍
Ответитьhow long does it take for a tree to fruit
ОтветитьI need to find this same video for lemons. I'm OBSESSED with lemons and would eat them every single day if I could, so I bought a big, juicy lemon from my local co-op (that way I knew it was grown organically without any pesticides) and I removed the seeds and then pulled the skin off to germinate a bit more quickly, but I need to know how to care for it after I get it sprouted. I know it's a long term wait, but with my obsession for lemons, it's definitely worth the time and effort for me.
ОтветитьI say Fruta Bomba actually.
ОтветитьI made a papaya bread 🍞 from a banana nut bread recipe and subbed the fruit..i really didn't like to eat it raw bc its too sweet for me, but i thinkk I like the btead better than banana bread 😊
ОтветитьThanks, never knew it was pawpaw all along
ОтветитьYour dad jokes are on point, they're the best. 😂
ОтветитьSomeone tell me when you get to the propagation bit
