By the way: why were you guys always complaining about Jack Knife (aka. Pam Knife) .. I think the Starfish is WAY harder!

ОтветитьWoah! I took 1 min breaks in between each 5 minutes of the workout which felt like just a millisecond. While the 30 seconds of each exercise felt like 30 minutes. LOL😂

ОтветитьIs all the stuff in the high plank position supposed to hurt it didn't really for me I ended up doing my own stuff to the timer. Nonetheless great workout

Day 1: Finished workout without stopping. I’d say I gave it my 85% effort. Could do better. Shoulders burn like hell. No burning in abs tho…

ОтветитьI have 2 workout playlists which I use for alternate days and I changed my usual ab workout from one of the playlists to this. Day 1 and I'm almost dead. Took me a good 30 mins to complete this workout. idk for how long I'll be able to do this one but I aint giving up. I'll come back and post my results after a month or so. Till then, good luck besties!
