Mercedes Benz is the biggest rubbish I ever drove.After c class,w203,I would never ever buy another Mercedes again.I never saw in my life that car can rust so fast and I have never experience so many malfunctions in any other car except in Mercedes.Germans should learn from Japaneses how to make a quality vehicles.

This video is very old. If you look at the end, the G waggon model is from 2012 until 2017. The new assembly line from now, 2023 is way different.

Wish they showed the access panel for the jack under the seat. Its plywood, very nice cabinet grade stained black, but its plywood, where is the guy ripping squares of plywood with a circular saw and 2 old saw horses. When I was looking over my g63 it stood out as something so old school

I once bought a new Steyr built Mercedes ML270 Cdi. It was year 2000 and I can honestly say that it was the worse and cheapest built vehicle at any price that I have bought in the last fifty years. No reflection on the Austrian workers as it was the time that Mercedes went way overboard on cost-cutting at the expense of quality. The Alabama built ML were certainly not better built.

How amusingly quaint. Nothing much has changed in its building since its debut in 1980 or so. Over 40 years of production and the most significant major change is only the introduction of independent front suspension.
