This is the only meditation by GM that did not resonate with me. At first it was helpful ... I was releasing fears of being loved with tears (tears for fears, if you will) but when someone tells me to smile, that feels archaic and ignorant, to me. I was crying then had memories of "why dont you smile?" "Smile, you're bringing everyone down" perhaps I was just personaly triggered, I LOVE great meditation I do one every day. I feel like it could have been worded better, you're always so great at telling us "if it feels right" or "at your pace" but the smile element felt "mandatory" and again, maybe Im alone on that perception... or maybe it could have been worded differently? Bottom line though, great meditation is AMAZING meditation to me, and I remain so grateful for all that you do. Just wanted to share in case anyone at all feels similar. 💞✌ I wish everyone lots of love and peace
