ОтветитьI love how relaxing this is. However I have had many serious injuries including but not limited to being paralyzed by an epidural. My feet cramp often in any pose that requires me to lay on my belly with the tops of my feet touching the mat.
How can I modify moves like that? I find those poses helpful for my back and hips but painful for the feet.
My favorite part I think was the simple variation with the top hand in thread the needle. It made a huge difference for how it felt in my body. Thanks so much!

Whenever I dp the shulder mobility stretch..pinky to pinky and then arms behind back with thumbs touching I always feel a big pull and tension in my neck. I've tried tucking my neck but that does not help. How can I do this movement/pose without it hurting my neck? Many thanks.
