How to Uninstall Apps on Mac Completely and Safely - 2 Simple Ways

will it delete the apps's extension files, hidden files, and other smaller details stored related to an app? ex Google chrome's all files including files stored in user folder or other binary files? I want complete professional level uninstall.. will your methods cover that?
