I love how I am a couple minutes in and already ready to move to another thing as 4 hours is about the amount of sleep I can get before I have to get up and do shit between naps any given section of the day anyway

ОтветитьI was trying FILD for the first time last night. I managed to do a successful reality check at least twice, but didn't get much farther because I woke up. What's a bit amusing is that I was trying the FILD in a regular dream as well! With a success. I realised for a bit that it is a dream, but, unfortunately, the focus quickly faded away.

ОтветитьFirst try! Worked well and it was the best sleep I ever had. Couldn’t do anything in the dream though :/ Funny thing you were right about the whole it won’t feel like you are dreaming. I had a dream where my dad woke me up and I didn’t even notice it was a dream
ОтветитьEarlier this morning I was doing the SSILD method and started seeing things and pulled myself out of it but now I realise I should of just carried on and I would gone into a dream then hopefully lucid 🙈 can I combine this with SSILD and do this after I have done that or shouldn’t u combine methods?

que for over a week, i did wbtb for about 2 weeks, tried mild for the week before that and i still havent had a lucid dream... does my mind hate me

ОтветитьI hear lots of people saying you can do whatever you want in a lucid dream like fly or have powers or travel. And sometimes it works but more often it just doesnt, nomater how hard I beleive and concentrate.

This works and you bypass sleep paralysis as well. I usually go back to sleep on my stomach, with my right hand under my pillow, and begin the finger motion. So far I have had 5 lucid dreams, two of which ended as soon as they began because I was like OMGGGGYAY and scared myself awake lmfao.
Do your reality check as soon as you feel that you’ve entered (you’ll know, it’s VERY obvious) and immediately start grounding yourself, otherwise you’ll wake up. Last LD I had was a month ago when I was really into it, and i willed the door to open to a sunny field, and it did. It feels extremely real

1: Wake up about 4 hours aftef u fell asleep
2: Use the FILD technique and go back to sleep
3: Just tell yourself that "Now i will lucid dream" or smth like "I will control my dream".
You keep repeating that recalling your dreams is really important, and just like average human in the world I keep forgetting about my dreams after I wake up, but why can I remember a certain dream fully detailed that happend around 9 years ago?

ОтветитьI was gonna do that last night but I kept waking up and couldent fall asleep so I just turned off my alarm but when I woke up I just went back to bed and my body started doing the tingle to I started doing my fingers then my ears started to ring really loud but I was like wtf bc I just woke up so I tryed to move could barely move my leg but now I know that I can’t get into it when I wake up I backed out because I wasn’t even y trying and I wasn’t sure but now I am I will lucid dream tonight!
