Brandon I love your channel but I wish you wouldn't recommend Massimo Dutti to people. their clothes are decent and shoes look good but quality is nothing crazy, which would be excusable if it wasn't for their absolutely terrible customer service. God forbid if you have a single issue with your shoe upon delivery, they do not offer replacements for damages done in transit, and although they do "offer" refunds they make it impossible to get a hold of them. they have ridiculous refund options like having a courier come to your house, the link to actually submit a refund is pretty much hidden from their website and sketchy as hell, they are only reachable from 10am-3pm, they are bottom of the barrel in this regard. (although these issues vary depending on country) go read through their trust pilot if you don't believe me. 90% negative. its really a shame considering their looks are quite nice!
