ОтветитьI had very serious pain in the back of my knee for over a year
I got a spiky plastic ball the size of a tennis ball off Amazon and I also got an elasticated knee brace.
I put the knee brace on and use it to wedge the spiky ball behind my knee. I did this over a pair of jogging bottoms.
I kept it on for a couple of days particularly when driving.
It had the effect of massaging the popliteus muscle and there was a dramatic improvement in the pain situation.
Dx by xray a few months ago tri compartment arthritis mild left knee. 75 years old. Walk or hike 4 to 5 miles 6 mornings per week. This was very effective first two days, especially the knee flex on the bench. However, now feeling pain/strain behind the knee. D.P.

Ответитьwhen I pull my leg up that far it hurts the back of the knee (I had injuried my leg several years ago getting it caught in a door an pulling the back of my left leg) can you have scar tissue? anyway it has gotten alot better from diet and semi recumbant biking which helped tremendously, but I still cant bend it fully when riding a regular bike it hurt in the back of my knee in the crease area. the pain when I feel it is mostly on the side (on my left means side of my left side if that makes sense) it doesnt seem to be any injury or bakers cyste or anything since I dont feel any bumps, I think it might be either scar tissue or arthritis, can I still do this exercise fully like that despite some pain or no? should i gradually push through the pain a bit? such as using the bed like you did there? I have done that when I get in the bed I will sit on bended knees to see how far I can go before the pain hits but it is not a sharp pain, if that makes sense.

ОтветитьAdam , you are a GENIUS ! I’ve had OA for a year in my knee and my dr says I need a knee replacement. I’ve been watching videos etc looking for anything to AVOID THIS SURGERY .
I watched your video 2 days ago , went on Amazon , ordered the exact weights you said . 10 lbs each . I did the 3 mins once last night . That’s it so far. I just went to 2 stores and walked everywhere like NORMAL ! It is a MIRACLE ! Pain 8/10 pre/weights , now almost normal . Incredible !! Thank you !

I’ve been dealing with knee pain for many years, and despite seeing doctors and physiotherapists, the cause has remained undiagnosed. This eventually led to a diagnosis of medial knee osteoarthritis, but the underlying cause was still unclear until just a few days ago.
After watching a video on bow legs, I closely examined my legs in the mirror and noticed that they are bowed, with a gap of approximately 4 cm between my knees when standing. My question is: Has anyone successfully corrected their bow legs without surgery? If so, could you please share how you did it? Alternatively, if you’ve come across any videos on this topic, I would greatly appreciate it, as all my attempts to live pain-free would be in vain without addressing the root cause of my knee medial arthritis.

ОтветитьI have undergone a right knee surgery after patella fracture and surgeon added some wires and straight nails in my patella to hold that after fracture. It is been 5 months and i am able to bend knee (not completely but 90%). Sometimes i feel bearable pain. Can i do these exercises?

I'm going on 5 years of progressive debilitating arthritic knee pain, after having had a fall on the pavement. I never had it looked at, and 2 years later, went to Orthopaedics, and was told simply, OsteoArthritis, to go to PT, and that surgery was in my future.
I have been managing on my own, not very well, mostly. Taking OTC, once, every day, 800-1000 mg....that can't be healthy???
I am not exercising, due to pain. I manage to get through my workday, at a sedentary job, and some of my chores, but am halted, at a certain point.
Is rest, ice, and heat, crucial?
I'm truly disheartened most days.
It is getting worse, but I am perplexed as to why it is crippling some days, and not as bad on 'very few' other days?
I'm grateful but confused. Is it the rest aspect, sitting, laying down, and elevating legs, that is allowing me the 'very few' palatable days.
I need to lose a significant amount of weight....but try that...with limited mobility.
I am determined to avoid surgeries....and injections.
Please help.
My 2 year old daughter fractured her tibia and couldn’t walk after he cast was removed. I knew her knee looked out of place, we tried this method just once and she started standing on that leg, later in the afternoon she took a few steps. I cried happy tears. Thank you so much. God Bless!
ОтветитьThank you. I have had a "stiff knee" for 4 years. It will not straighten out and very little range of movement. I have gone to therapy and has MRI.. Nothing worked. I just tried this few minutes ago and was shocked for effective it is. I am hoping after a period of time doing this i can walk again without all the pain.

Ive had this pain before but never done that. Just suffered till it went away.
