Ответитьcan't wait to kyoto
ОтветитьThe Hankyu trains are the most beautiful
ОтветитьI loved Nishiki Market when I visited Kyoto in February 2019. Thank you so much for this, it brings back wonderful memories. Can't wait to return to Japan; beautiful country and beautiful people.
ОтветитьThis brings nostalgia. I miss Kyoto. I miss Nishiki market. I was there last March until May for Japanese language school. Too bad I didn’t have the 100yen sake. If we go back there, I’ll make sure I’ll try that.
ОтветитьNice the 2nd seafoods store, the shrimps have been de-veined.
ОтветитьAmazing!
ОтветитьHaha, seeing that shooting game again & again, I think it’s a sign… for you to make a video about it. 😁 I didn’t like mint at all growing up (and the only toothpaste flavor my parents would get was minty 😫), but after I tried the American Girl Scout cookies “Thin Mints,” chocolate & mint is the perfect combo! 🤎💚 But yea, I never ate the actual mint leaf. It’s usually just a garnish/decoration. 😊
ОтветитьI love the adventure! So relaxing to watch after a long day. The gatchapons were super cute, especially the usagi ones. You should have gotten one since it brings back such good memories of your childhood. Please be safe during the typhoon and rest up. I'm estatic to see you are enjoying filming and your confidence blooming with each video 😊Let's keep walking! Keep it up. 153k subs!!! I'm rooting for you, Rion 🎉
Ответитьi love min too ....i mean Mint ice cream , dont get confused with me and Mint
ОтветитьAwesome, we will be visiting soon! no real bad options
ОтветитьThanks for sharing Nishiki Market with us! It's so fun to see all the food~ Personally, I like exploring the side streets. They tend to be quieter and sometimes you can find interesting things. Like the old sewing machine just sticking out on a ledge. I'm not a big fan of mint, so I avoid it.
Small rant about getting cash abroad: Years ago, most American banks allowed you to use a debit card at ATMs abroad without an additional fee. Now only a few banks offer that, mine doesn't, so I have to order (pre-purchase) foreign currency to get a decent rate. Kind of a hassle >.<
Minsan Ang boring I am not a vlogger pero Ang boring Sana I edit mo mo mga highlights mo sa vid.but I am still following u Ang godbless😊
ОтветитьJust say Mahal ko kayo! Filipino sa gawapong gangyan sisikat ka😊pero pinag mamalake mo Ang Bansa mo Muna Bago Ang iba I am so so so proud of you😊keep it up

ОтветитьHey Rion, long time subscriber. Just wanted to wish you well, and I hope you and your family stay dry and comfortable through the typhoon. Best of luck!
ОтветитьOhhhhh! The ikura in the middle of the video! Wow! Looks delicious!
ОтветитьWe are going to Kyoto soon and definitely will go visit Nishiki Market after seeing this video!!! Thanks for the sharing! ☺
ОтветитьRion, are you planning to do any walking tours? 🙂I think that would be a fun idea. I would certainly appreciate something like that for my next trip to Japan!
ОтветитьIt’s like I’m re-watching my trip!
I ate at the place where you had sake and had the wagyu gyoza at the other. Love Nishiki Market.
The vendor who roasts Hojicha is phenomenal.
And my kids dropped some serious cash at the Gachapon place.
I took that train a few times as well!
Thank you so much Rion!!
If we bought food from other shops as well, can we eat everything in this shop, together with the prawns ?
Ответитьlove osaka so much. unfortunately, can't say the same for kyoto. the last time i was there for a day trip we left earlier than scheduled. too bad the ktc tools museum isn't open on sundays, even so we can't buy tools for souvenirs.
ОтветитьHello,
Love watching your videos. We're currently in Osaka and will check out some of the places in your video.
Thank you Rion will be there in 2 weeks . How is the weather now?
ОтветитьWhen I went to Nishiki Market, it was specifically to visit Aritsugu, an 18th generation knife shop which was founded in 1560. I bought a chef's knife there which I use regularly. If you ever go there, make sure you bring cash, since they don't (or didn't a few years ago) accept cards.
ОтветитьWhat a lovely fun video. Really made me want to be there with you. Such good food and drink 🎉
Ответитьwow Jalapeni beeing to spicy for you oO?
I do know someone with some kind of disorter who also says bellpepper is to spicy but for someone withouth this ...
My GF uses Jalapeno when she wants something not spicy as we usually use Habanero and Reaper chili most of the time when cooking ^^
Then again I can't eat mint .... for me this is so disgusting that it almost makes me puke .... kinda sucks that stuff like mouth wash always has mint taste ;(
Now, anytime I'm outside and it's nice I think to myself "what a beautiful day!" I hear it in Rions voice in my head 😂.
ОтветитьGAOOOOO!!!!!!
ОтветитьHi Rion another great video to add to your list of eating walking adventures. I totally got jealous of you eating my favourite flavour of mint ice that looked delicious but funny how you then found a super parfait after you had the other ice oh well Always next time to try it . Rion do you have an view's on the price increase of 70 %for the jr rail pass.
ОтветитьI am getting hungry, thx nice video
ОтветитьLove your videos Rion. I hope I can bump into you one day! I want to say “gaoo” to you 😆❤️
ОтветитьOh, wow! I enjoyed your street food hopping adventure of yummy shrimps, scallops, sake and draft beer, too!😊It was fun to explore the pleasant yet busy atmosphere at Nishiki market for Kyoto's culinary delights.😊
