The opening was a bit too sensationalist for me to stomach.
There are mainly two reasons people chase improvements. 1) to look good in the eyes of others, or 2) if there is something in your subconscious that was beneficial in a very specific situation, but overall in your adult life is more the cause of negativity than any positive outcome, then it’s a good idea to confront the shadow, slay the dragon, and grow immensely as a person.

I’ve called the inst and tik tok life the 2D world. It’s a world of flat screens along with televisions. We bend forward, look into our screens and are transported to this world where everyone is beautiful, rich and successful. It’s a word where politicians are virtuous while people are divided. We can spend hours hunched over getting dopamine hits like a junkie to finally lift our heads hours later and return to the real world where politicians have ruined cities and people of all races will smile at each other in the store. We return to the 3D world where nature and being in the moment bring us bliss. The 2D world is an illusion of the 3D illusory world. I wonder if beings from the 4D world can come here briefly and realize it’s worse than the 4D lol. China runs tik tik, which is aptly named because it’s meant to waste our time.

It actually takes a lot of effort to become effortless. One must have a framework to release into and that is what cultivation is.
Sure when you have mastery, you can release deeper and deeper into it.

I have been struggling all my life, whether I was aware of it or not, to overcome the lie my father taught me, that being: I'd better get it right or there will be hell to pay. I speak from experience when I say that it is a horrible lie to live by. He died a very frustrated old man. I forgive him. You are love pops, and that is the only and inescapable truth.

This also resonates a lot with Pure Land Buddhism.

I used to see meditation as a place to heal, to seek wisdom, to astral travel, to improve… my life fell apart and i became homeless and jobless. I felt so lost but i leaned into trusting everything would be okay, just keep flowing with the changes. Then i experienced a big shift.. suddenly i noticed i felt this subtle buzz of excitement for my meditation.. not for any other reason than to sit with god and be near to the self. To just BE.

Really cool video.i was in point of my life where i can achieve state of meditation whithout even trying or heard of it,then some of my friends get hooked of "spiritual"practicies because its cool and modern and push me to "develope" myself,to be someone,something and the result is that i actualy dissociate from my needs and creativity.

dude plz take ur mouth off of the mic when u record. your info is great but the 4k hyper hi def sound of ur voice is not helping anything. it is disgusting sounding and ruins what ur trying to do. you hear every tiny molecule of spit moving around in ur mouth for every syllable. voices sound fine and pick up everything you need in as low as 64 kbps quality.

Good introductory video, however, too much use of white noise as a break effect (ok the first few times in the introduction, used as an illustrative effect). I, like many of your viewers, live in an urban, noise and emf-polluted environment. Like many people who are becoming more spiritually and energetically sensitive (again your target audience), the overload of human-generated sonic dissonance is a challenge and causes ill-being to an open energy system. Please don't create more in my life in a spiritual teaching video.

Once one realizes how corrupt the world is, no matter how beautifully designed it may be, there has to be a concerted effort to maintain awareness of the various traps so as to not fall victim to temptation. Being a slacker in this world will make you miserable because you won't have enough money to get by and your status can determine who will talk to you or even who will be available to talk to since everyone else will be working. You need a minimum of skills and a way to make money. Just having money alone makes others resentful and feeling that you don't deserve it. They will treat you as such. These are my experiences and most of the people I know that live in a van are very distraught because they have no sense of stability or grounding. They have no community. The fact that others are driving themselves crazy with work ethic means that an ordinary person has to work that much harder to keep up with the resulting inflation. Even if you petition for a slacker nation, what will happen is the more diligent nations will drive yours into the ground and exploit it.
