Let's see it
ОтветитьBeing from Wyoming and living in Colorado. I have become a avid follower of this show and many other like it. Just wanting to say thank you.
ОтветитьThe library should require a suppressor in order to carry in there
ОтветитьLibraries… Those safe spaces for drag queen story hours?
ОтветитьLet’s see the legislative ledger! With some instructions.
ОтветитьProhibitive places is being challenged and I hope they succeed. In my short understanding it means, and I have always said the same if you have a "prohibitive place" or a gun free zone you are responsible for providing security and control in that area. So Post Offices, Stores, Churches would all be required to have armed security or Police on site anytime they are open. Otherwise you are making the people a target.
ОтветитьYes, I would like to see your TX legislative tracker….Thx!
ОтветитьThats a good way of making guns harder to get make FFL a business that cant make more money than operating cost bye design not ok. If your carrying concealed you should be able to go anywhere in the USA .
ОтветитьYou should franchise your show to all states and Districts.
ОтветитьI really like the proactive stance you have on coming legislation and wish that perspective were more widespread.
Good luck to us all in the coming legislative session.
The law about the trigger lock isn't new. This law is in effect in California.
Support CRPA, they stop them before they come to you.
What happened to the HARD copies of Texas Armed & Educated ??
I'm not a fan of digital books 😢
Observation from Fl. With the sneaky one - if reported within 24 hours of discovery. While guess what - I just now when Leo is at door asking - discovered it was missing or stolen.
ОтветитьI am not from Texas, although I do have a lot of family in the state. Ther should be a cap on the number of bills that can be filed. Eighty-two is too many for the public to review and learn about.
ОтветитьAs regards the tracker, just do a show about the data once every while. That might be fun for us numbers geeks.
ОтветитьCampus Carry is “illegal” in Tennessee FOR STUDENTS, but is legal for STAFF AND FACULTY *with* an Enhanced Carry Permit & for NON-STUDENTS while in their vehicle on campus.
🤬🤬🤬
I would like to see ur summary of ur legislative tracker lol
ОтветитьYes please, would love to see the legislative tracker!
ОтветитьThe nanny state simply cannot leave people alone. I have far more locks than I have guns. Every gun I have ever purchased, save a single, used shotgun, came with a lock. We need less government and these Kevins and Karens need to be sent packing.
ОтветитьI 🤬 “GuN FrEe ZoNeS”! I don’t believe the government has a right to dictate where and/or when I am aLLoWeD to defend myself. 🤮
ОтветитьPretty soon you can't drive dpown the street without going through a gun free zone.
ОтветитьHard to believe that Philadelphia was once the birthplace for our freedoms. Now it is just a Dumbocrat run third world Sh*t H*le !!!
ОтветитьWelcome to Cali "cotcha" law. It's made completely of bovine anal secretions. Let's be honest, FEMA isn't getting up early enough to do dick. My advice is to tell friendlies to come in hot, dump, and go. For those on the ground, protect what you've been given in your trust.
ОтветитьMany of these laws point downstream toward safe storage laws.
ОтветитьIf y'all have an open border, your Governor is obligated or mandated to call up the State Militia and secure that border. Failing to do so would require bringing the Governor before a Militia Court Martial on grounds of misfeasance, malfeasance, and dereliction of duty.
I'd sure like to see the discussion over what three Militia officers have to sit on that Court Martial.
But legally, if no ones convenes the Court Martial, they become a conspirator after the fact.
Gun lawyers? Explore your Militia Laws first. I'm betting one of you is required to serve in it.
Student body to decide if you can carry a gun, really? Most student bodies are wacko, crazy far Leftists, no bloody way!
ОтветитьYes on the tracker.
ОтветитьLegislative Tracker? Yes please. (Longview, Texas)
ОтветитьNo law has ever prevented a crime !
ОтветитьThe only thing Lyndon B Johnson ever was credited with having said that I particularly agree with is the notion that ANY law should be judged by how much harm can result by the abuse or misuse of that law.
ОтветитьI am up here in Oregon, with crazy gun laws, I appreciate your breakdown of the TX laws because it helps me when looking at what our legislators are doing.
ОтветитьWhat is the reason or purpose of laws? I think it is because people are no good. Not kind, not fair and have little to no common sense. So many laws to try and regulate everything, every thought or lack of thought. I am going to sell "legal updates BEFORE you walk out your door". It will be like shooting insurance and that crap but will add on so before you walk out your door you will get a text message with ALL gun laws nationwide and all new potential lawsuits. Just makes sense because even you attorneys can not keep up with all the bullshit. It will save gasoline because it will deter anyone from going anywhere and will be so vast that it may take weeks to read before you go out. James Madison.
ОтветитьCovering sate legislation is very important. Thanks and please kesp it up. Too many citizens focus on federal elections, ignoring local and state. The decisions of these bodies arguably have a much larger influence on day to day life. And nuance is everything. No law is beneign. It has a purpose whether positive or negative. Understanding it's purpose is paramount.
ОтветитьTake a look at SB1236 from the 88th. Please discuss this.
ОтветитьIt would be really helpful if y'all made available a written synopsis of this material (bill #, title, author, brief description, AA's recommendation for/against/neutral) that we could use to inform the letters we could/should write to our state representatives regarding these bills.
ОтветитьYou two continually gross me out. You can't produce lethal weapons to the public and not carry liability associated with the manufacturers, dealers, owners, and users. Trying to squirm out of that is pathetic. Many people just don't trust being around people who can at any moment decide to take their life. As a gun owner, You will never make people ok with guns while 50k people die by guns every year. More than any western country. You wonder why people think you are extremist. You pretend guns are not lethal tools. People want to study gun thefts because if it turns out that most thefts are coming from one store or one area then it can be solved. You are just against any law or reg that can get an FFL in trouble if they disregard the law.
ОтветитьI'm in love with Emily ! 🥰
ОтветитьYes tracker!
ОтветитьYes would love to see legislation tracker!
ОтветитьWith all bill & tax.
ОтветитьMN Gun Owner's Caucus does a great job of sharing what's going on in our state at the legislative level. Thanks for sharing what's going on in your world because it's either a) already happened in our state or b) will be happening soon enough.
ОтветитьI love how you guys dont sugar coat how you feel about these issues! Love it!! Thanks for all the great work!!
ОтветитьIf a ruler listens to lies, all his officials become wicked.
(Proverbs chapter twenty-nine)
How the hell is it so hard in other states in pa it's 4 questions and you get your ccw same day we are a must issue state
ОтветитьBedouin metaphor about letting your camel stick his/her nose into your tent. Once you allow the nose, the camel will continue inserting more of their body into the tent until they are completely in the tent. Related to give em an inch and they'll take a mile...
ОтветитьYou don't tax "RIGHTS"
ОтветитьAbsolutely I'm still with you I really loved the detail in this show
ОтветитьLegislative tracker yes please
