I live in Hanoi, I went to Ho Chi Minh City to travel and ate this Huynh Hoa bread. Really not good, the bread is too big, the pate is salty. After having lunch, I don't want to eat dinner anymore. You should buy bread at a normal store, it's also much better

There is a lot of love cooking from Vietnamese people because the war with many great power last century and all the female gave all their heart to cook good food to their men and families.

The food is made to be vital and alive, as my Vietnamese friend explained most restaurants cafes have a small garden on their roof So very fresh herbs.. Out of the 4 main countries I would rate Vietnam as the best Period and some of that is in their spiritual Happy attitude.
Actually make consider living there.. Very friendly younger women even ask me to dinner, So nice

The herbs that you get with the Pho and you aksed. Its called rice paddy herbs. The south vietnam and west of vietnam regions use them in their cooking. They usually go into sour soups, potato soups and occasionally in Pho.
