Climate change is a bunch of hype. The real data does not support the hype. We should all conserve and reduce pollution. Most do nothing. Most need forced. A little from everyone can go a long way. Hey I know let's blame the big companies. They are not the problem. Look in the mirror.

I’m a woman and I use a razor for which you just replace the blades by buying cartridges. The packs of cartridges are very expensive, around $16 for 3 cartridges. Years ago I started sharpening the blades (the razor has 3 or more blades) on each and I buy these cartridges once a year or less because one cartridge lasts me more than 6 months. How do I sharpen them? All you do is wet your mirror and blades, press the blades against the mirror with your thumb (be careful) and slide it back and forth about 40 times, voilá, your blades are sharp again. Men can do this too. Less trash, you save money.

Nice how they tell you the atmospher of Venus is "mostly" CO2, and try to scare you to death by saying it's surface temp os near 900 degrees.

A couple of things they leave out. The Venus atmosphere is approx. the same pressure as being under 3,000 of ocean water, not to mention the clouds of sulfuric acid. The atmosphere on Venus is NOTHING like that of Earth, and the fact it has a high CO2 content is being used as a scare tactic. Propaganda.

Hmm, scariest thing is that despite excellent coverage, mountains and mountains of evidence...the would be energy magnates and mega corpos still manage to deny deny deny...so much that many alt right and right leaning folks do not believe that it is a thing...or if it is a thing, it is God's plan or not expedited by man. I will never understand why people are content to watch the world burn just to make money or be able to say "told ya so".

I know the logistics and materials aren't there, but moneywise, as a hypothetical for contrast, if merely the global profits from fossil fuel industry were reallocated for 10 years, the entire worlds electric supply could be replaced with renewable. They break even in cost and 30% of emissions are cut out. This would be monumental, but it's to demonstrate that it's not impossible, and how close it is if we could just do it somehow. I know geopolitically and economically it's sacrelige and outrageous, but irreconcilably altering the earth is worse.

Carbon taxes are NOT the answer to our climate crisis! I call it Pay For Pollution. The fact is that manufacturers don't give a crap about Carbon Taxes because all they do is pass the costs on to the consumer! So, in essence, the American people will be paying (in more ways than one) for the pollution that is released into the environment. The answer to our climate crisis will have to be through technology! Technology has to be researched to capture the carbon BEFORE it goes into the environment. Tax incentives could be put in place to encourage companies to add this technology.

As it gets hotter and hotter and drier and drier the belief of hell on earth promises from the Bible becomes a little more realistic.

Stopping global warming would mean transforming our lives. People aren't going to sacrifice their homes, cars, suburbs, year round everything grocery stores, low cost airlines, cheap Chinese goods, etc. Stopping global warming needs above all a control of the human population. It is not only births that need to be limited. The human lifespan must be limited as well. Of course, no one is going to accept this and this is why nothing is being done. EVs don't make a difference. A third of electrical power in the US is generated by coal. In China 2/3 of electricity is generated by coal. Those numbers go up if we go all EV in the US and China. Don't blame the rich or the corporations. You. It's you. You won't sacrifice anything.
