What belisarius did was way more impressive than aurelians restoration although he didn’t restore the whole empire he did beat much harder enemies in much weaker conditions all the while being attacked by people back in Constantinople and Justinian didn’t help him a lot so I would switch belisarius and Aurelian. 1. Scipio, 2. Caesar , 3. Belisarius
