I've had abode for about 2 years now. I've had so many glitches and random unexpected things happen with the abode. For example, my automations just decided to completely not work for a few months and then somehow started working again? Customer support tried to help as well but couldn't figure it out. One phone consistently isn't picked up to start/end automations. And perhaps worst of all, the subscription service doesn't cover review of 24/7 live video. That's an additional $9.99 :( AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF even paying what might be one the highest subscriptions around, I am only sometimes able to actually review my 24/7 video. Half the time I get an error message that won't let me view anything but the live video. I'm making the switch to ring. This price is far too high for the number of technical errors abode presents.

ОтветитьProfessional monitoring will no longer be available for the $10 price tier for new customers starting in 2022 with ring. Sucks because it’s now doubled its price annually
