The spice
ОтветитьLove you presenting!! So engaging and a proper whovian 👏 👏
Ответить***the parsec debate...it's science fiction--hehehe unless it disrupts the story flow, who cares! again Science Fiction, why should that mirror our Reality...???....which fanboys, can Clearly see that comparison!...:))-<3-<3may the force be with you Padawan-<3-<3-<3nicely done tho, so grain of salt...
ОтветитьI would love to see a Mystical Avengers team with all the magic users...Strange, Loki, Wanda, Wong, Agatha Harkness, Clea... All fighting against a challenge unique to their powers...i would also love a "brotherhood of evil mutants Wanda" aligned with magneto
ОтветитьThe scenes with Biggs and Luke watching the fight from the surface of the planet with treadwell was included in the first run of Star Wars at the theater. Star Wars was so popular it had a second run at the theaters and the scenes were cut. I saw this with my own eyes!!!
ОтветитьMy 5th time watching this video 😂😂😂
ОтветитьIt’s science-fiction fantasy… there is plenty of science fiction in Star Wars. Not just being set in space.
ОтветитьAstrophysics nerds been explaining parsecs long before Solo, I learned this back in high school in like ~2009 that the reason the Falcon can make the same trip at a shorter distance, is since the mass of the ship is less than other ships generally used for smuggling it can jump closer to planets, meaning the actual distance it is traveling is less, since larger ships would have to worry about avoiding obstacles in its jump path a bit more. It's like taking a direct route vs having to take detours.
ОтветитьChewie didn't get a medal because First Officers are only support positions. For example, do you know the name of the first officer in the movie, Miracle on the Hudson where that girlyman Capt Chesley landed the airplane?
Ответитьi should not have watched this video just after watching the first film did i 😖😖
ОтветитьAnd bindu in rebels
ОтветитьLuke did have two runs, he just didn't shoot the first time. Must have been waiting for the DS to shoot him first.
ОтветитьThat’s sad. The relationship that Obi-wan created with Leía…when they had the emotional farewell at the end of Kenobi is the last time that they are able to speak…the last time they see each other so I-wan sees everything that he needs to see…siblings together…
ОтветитьI don't think the big issue is the fact that Lucas made changes to his work of art, for most people it is the fact that the original movie was not made available to those who wanted to watch it. After all, the original is an important documentation of the history of practical special effects.
ОтветитьWhen the Guard calked Chewbacca a thing it was meant as a dehumanization tactic. They don't want to acknowledge that the native populations
ОтветитьAlec Guinness was amazing actor ❤
ОтветитьIn the novelization (which came out before the movie), Chewbacca does get a medal but Leia has to stand on tiptoe and reach to put it on. Amd yeah, there's a lot of inter-species racism (and anti-droid organicism) in Star Wars, it makes the whole universe more realistic
ОтветитьI have seen every piece of star wars content starting with the pre quels, went back to watch this movie and it is the worst movie I have ever seen. Would never waste my time watch 5 and 6.
ОтветитьMy name is Alfie
ОтветитьMy dad is always talking about how he saw this movie was he was young (born in ‘72 so he was about 5 at the time) xD
ОтветитьThe "E" in Tantive is not silent.
ОтветитьTARKIN IN SLIPPERS?!?!?
Ответить"All I ever wanted to do was touch a Wookie." -E.V.
ОтветитьThose 2 doors shown are not the same!?
ОтветитьWait!... Why did C3po have a bomb in his leg? Who put it there?? Anakin, Senator Organa? Who!!!
ОтветитьEverything is in space morty!!
Ответитьi am watching this in 2023
ОтветитьYou missed the part where Luke calls out “Carrie” as Leia comes over to him after the death star’s destruction.Apparently Hamill made an error and no one caught it till afterward when it was too late to do anything about it.
ОтветитьWhy do you think spice is code for drugs? Historically spices were from exotic areas of the earth and of high trade value. In the SWU certain spices likely come from only certain planets and are rare. The Empire would have a ton of taxes on them which brought about the smugglers. I seriously doubt George was thinking cocaine traffickers, more like the ancient spice trade
ОтветитьThis video was so good.
ОтветитьRe: Han and Greedo:
Han was always justified in doing what he did, no edits were necessary. Greedo was brandishing a weapon, making death threats, and monologuing about how much he was going to enjoy either killing Han himself or watching what Jabba and his minions would do to him later. Both morally and legally, Han was in the right to blast him then and there.
The cylinder on the stormtrooper is classed as a detachable thermal detonator
ОтветитьI enjoy the tinkering! It makes me feel as if Star Wars will never be finished, and will continue to evolve into something even better!
ОтветитьLike animallss

ОтветитьThe patch on Obi-Wan’s arm might’ve been from the fight of Count Dooku from Attack of the Clones when Dooku stabbed Obi-Wan’s arm and now it’s all patched up
ОтветитьWhy did this not make the Star Wars Breakson Playlist?
ОтветитьThis may have been mentioned, but when C3PO says that he used to work on a moisture farm just like this one…it was this one! That is my favorite retconned line in the whole thing.
ОтветитьSo glad I don't have the 2011 version. My god, that's horrible.
ОтветитьI don't like retroactively explaining things in episode 4 by referencing the prequels. I'm sure none of the details of those movies were on Lucas' mind when he made this movie.
ОтветитьThe airlock door is a completely different design from the hatch door, not just repainted.
ОтветитьThose hatch doors are completely different. They’re making some of this shit up 😆
ОтветитьI love whenever anyone mentions A HERO WITH A THOUSAND FACES! Its one of my favorites and so many movies fit the concept
ОтветитьAlec Guinness Wa so believable as OBW, talking about the Force, just wow 😮
ОтветитьIn the 1980's, NPR produced an adaptation of the "Star Wars" trilogy for radio.
Chapter 4 featured Mark Hamill and Anthony Daniels reprising their movie roles. And among them in the cast were Perry King, Keene Curtis, Brock Peters, Meshach Taylor, and others.
This version added a great deal of detail to the story, including Luke hanging with his friends at Anchorhead and Leia having to kill an Imperial officer named Tion and escape in the Tantive IV.
