ОтветитьHi, very informative video, but i have some questions
What is the criteria of Minimum Viable product.
As i am building a SAAS product that i know i have 3 main competitors, and I am trying to make a better product than them, by making a hybrid SAAS application in that space (combining the best parts of all those 3). Plus i am researching (blogs, reviews) what their customers actually need and adding those features in my product before launch. Am i in the MVP cycle or it is actually the criteria of MVP.
Moreover, i am not making the perfect tool before launch, it will certainly have room for many features and improvements that i plan to update with the feedback and growth of my customers.
Am i doing it right?
Apologies for a long message.
oh my gosh thank you.
ОтветитьI needed this
ОтветитьThis was very insightful, Tawheed!
I was caught up in the linear model (what is an MVP cycle). Thank you for clarifying.
I now have a clear picture <3
I discovered this video much later than I should have, around the same time I began delving into linear models. It completely shifted my perspective. I'm truly grateful for the insights you provided. Thank you for everything.
ОтветитьYes
ОтветитьThis was exactly what we needed at the right time!
ОтветитьIs there any strategy to get first 100 users paid or free just first 100!! Expecting a reply!
ОтветитьYessir
Ответитьamazing . we have anew saas loading and this answers a lot of questions
Ответитьi am building software that allows to be on 1gb of usb space. and is unlimited storage capacity.
ОтветитьHow do you price during this mini-launch stage? Do you price low and then raise as product evolves or price at ideal level from day 1?
ОтветитьIn love with this idea and launch plan, thank you so much 🤟🏼
Ответитьyou should create a discord!
ОтветитьYes
ОтветитьDidn't even recognize you with the sweater! 😆
ОтветитьThis contents by far best insightful contents in this year. Thanks
ОтветитьThank you so much for this valuable content - as a first-time founder building a Saas product I got completely stuck in Linear model.... Multi-threaded approach is one I will go for as it indeed seems more healthy and impactful and I strongly believe in community first! The question I have is about the promotion of my first MINI launch... do the pitch of my landing page covers what is currently available in the first release or do I pitch the ambition (the ideated end product) ? Thank you so much!
ОтветитьMy question will be how can you protect your idea while sharing your building process?
ОтветитьThanks
ОтветитьThanks for the insightful video. Although the intro took more than 2 minutes.
ОтветитьYes! Very useful and clear strategy. Much appreciated.
ОтветитьThanks for detailed opinion but its theoretical again, real case study would be best idea to understandit step by step.
And one more thing, what about first impression of customers, if we go with multi threading model?
Truly amazing presentation. I have fallen in the linear model because I am working all alone by myself. How can we avoid the "Linear" glitch knowing that I have engineering background? Only recently I started learning about marketing but it is taking me tooooo long.
ОтветитьThis is great content. Just realized I'm in the linear launch trap. 🙃
ОтветитьYes! Very interesting. Thank you
ОтветитьThanks TK! Opened my eyes a lot to how I'll launch my Saas.
Ответитьyes, it's really brilliant!
ОтветитьYes yes yes..this is Gold.
ОтветитьExtremely insightful thank you.
ОтветитьTk but what happens if people see the code and think it’s a security risk ? In public builds
ОтветитьPowerful content. The multi threaded launch is similar to principles in Design Thinking (continuous iteration and improvement as you go, informed by data from quality users) - the multi-launch element in multi-threaded is one up on design thinking though.
I like how u are able to capture & clearly demonstrate everything on a piece of paper, keep it up.
🚀
ОтветитьAmazing information once again. thank you for the vid. I have one question... If you start discussing your idea before its made, don't you get worried that someone will pick it up and do it by themselves!!!
Ответитьjust amazing
ОтветитьYes
ОтветитьHow to re-launch a revamped SaaS product after validating the MVP with a tiny sample size?
ОтветитьThank you so much for openning my mind!
ОтветитьHow to find saas application development company
ОтветитьAbsolute gem .
Should have been taught before tk bhai.
No issues , still powerful strategy.
this guy is pog
ОтветитьThe 3 people that disliked this video have already booked their venue in LA for their launch party, and keep paying fees to reschedule, because they really need to add this one last feature before the big event.
Ответить👍 👍 👍
ОтветитьThis is cool but I feel this will hard to do for a b2b saas product because of the approval processes that has to do with an organization. Getting the c level executive to try a product that is not ready will be very difficult
ОтветитьSoft-launching one of my SaaS solutions this month, your GTM content has been very helpful TK 👏👍👌
One-more feature trap haha = perfection is the enemy of execution = over analysis paralysis
Wow, amazing video! For the first time you ever put a product out to market, how soon should you be marketing it or building a list before the first date that it drops?
Ответитьyes
ОтветитьIncredible video as usual
