Typewriter Type On Text Effect - Premiere Pro

I can't follow this video because I can't see the very top of your premiere workspace. What I can find depends on what module is clicked top of the page. I need to see if you're in Learning, Assembly, Audio, Color, Editing, Effect, Graphics or Library. The way the video is cropped I can't see the top of your Premiere interface and it's keeping me from finding what I need to find. Breaks my heart because I can't find that wipe filter that I want to use. :(

How to apple this to a whole transcript generated by premiere please?

For the first option, where did you get the typing effect? After you put in the "wipe" effect, you said to add typing sounds, but I'm not sure where to find that. Thanks!
