Whitebeard had both quality and quantity, of many crewmen and allies, who were able to throw a punch.
Shanks has core crew, that one is spot on
Big Mom Pirates have many strong fighters, well established, defended and reasonably administrated core territory, and political connections
Kido has numbers, and military industry to back him up
Blackbeard has plans and some truly broken devil fruit powers to his name
Cross Guils is a constant threat to marines and World goverment
Straw Hats are a stellar crew of top tier fighters and specialists in their respective fields, backed up by vast arrey of loyal allies

Cross Guild is probably the richest yonko crew too. Crocodile is basically wolf of Wall Street with sand powers

Throw in the Pirate empress & self professed lover of fellow Yonko Monkey D Luffy, Boa Hancock; maybe the mad king, and celestial dragon Doe Flamingo. Just imagine if they grabbed a son of Whitebeard as well to join them. Your looking at a crew with a record only likened to Rocks himself in this Era and the ones that neighbor it.
