I thought Milwaukee impacts were powerful, then I tried the first Makita XGT and was like yeah that’s good, then tried the latest XGT and it’s just immense. Gotta love snap on wrenches though they are the best.. might try out a set of Milwaukees as I need an imperial set.

Snap-on makes some awesome hand tools....however, their hand tools and power tools don't command the price. How much of that price is the warranty? How many tools do you pay for when receiving one tool? Meaning.....you pretty much buy the tool twice.

I use the open end to break it loose coz you dont want to damage the ratchet end 😂 thos guy shouldn't be trusted. If the ratchet end cant hold up to the torque that can be put through it at the length of wrench then its crap

Well here i am typing this comment while wearing a snap on shirt lol. I have the flexible ratchet wrench sets from Milwaukee. They have served me well. I have zero complaints and am very satisfied that I purchased them. Ive only had my sets for maybe 5 or 6 months. They have done everything i needed them to do. Take care of your tools and use them properly. They will last!

Milwaukee is known for great handtools, and I am the guy who brags about my new Milwaukee socket set. Where else am I going to get square sockets it not strap on I love strap on also, but Milwaukee is the goat. I’ve been using Milwaukee since I started my career and doing the shit that men do and trying to figure out what it is that I’m supposed to be doing as a man at this point in time, I am a mobile mechanic and only part of the suspension I would use that 3/8 stubby on which I own is the sway bar links other then get a half inch stubby for anything with suspension and then I recommend a M 18 half inch drive, just because you can abuse the hell out of them also Mercedes isn’t known for making good mechanics or good cars for that fact, as a matter fact, Del Mar, Chrysler Plymouth, dodge Mercedes Maybach all of those cars our money pit, and all of the mechanics are idiots. I would not take advice from them and all of those cars have bad transmissions. And of course they’re always leaking oil even when they’re new because the technician doesn’t know what the fuck they are doing. And I’ve been a mechanic since I was 17. I’m 36 now. Also, when I was working on houses and thought that was gonna be my trade, I use a Milwaukee Tools then they make better house tools than Milwaukee like Black & Decker. They make better mechanic tools in Milwaukee like strap on what Milwaukee is always in seconds saw Milwaukee push the best all-around stats up the most under respected player on the court Milwaukee is like Bo Jackson, or Deion Sanders, the jack of all trades in the master of none. I see Milwaukee doesn’t make tools for the hard-core tradesmen they make tools for the universal tradesmen the guy who bounces around from job to job so he only specializes in certain things like I don’t do all plumbing but I will do P-trap’s. I’m gonna learn how to sweat joints but you better believe my tools are going to be Milwaukee. So Milwaukee makes better tools and better mechanics than Dahmer ever has. As a matter fact there is a black Mopar mechanic who doesn’t want to finish his argument with me. He closed the comments.😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭😭 because he overcharged a customer and gave his self three hours of work for some shit that could’ve been done and 20 minutes and improved from the stock option and this is why you don’t take your car to mechanic shops or dealerships because they are just technicians or slap parts on whether you need the part or not whether the part is helpful or not they don’t give a damn they just want to get paid and the dealership knows this. This is why they don’t pay full hours for instant you will get a job that is 16 hours. The dealership only pays 10 so trust the mobile mechanic because he probably drives a raggedy car so he has a soft spot for keeping raggedy cars on the road like the one you’re trying to get repaired just have some respect because I’ve worked in the shops and I’ve worked at the dealership I’m not the Shadetree back alley mechanic that your uncle is and I spent quite some money on my tools and I know I will work circles around this jack ass and I can probably learn from the construction company next thing you know I’ll be doing concrete or whatever it is this construction company does and me and Vince can go shopping for Milwaukee Tools together I don’t think I can shop with him though he’s always showing some shit that I want. I’m like Milwaukee has a microwave shit show me that means I gotta have it now I will be working all type of overtime to pay for my tools in my pack out boxes. 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭🤣🤣😂 and Milwaukee wrenches are good. They are a specialty ranch, so if you’re not a specialty mechanic don’t buy them it’s that simple. Also it would help if you knew your way around a pipe wrench because a pipe branch will turn a bolt when it’s completely stripped out because that’s what is designed for to turn a pipe that is completely round it, so another words a hard-core mechanic still can’t use this wrench but a plumber can and he will get great results seat. I’ve done plumbing just a tad bit of it so I know the frustration in learning how to use a pipe wrench properly some shit I got to teach you because your dad was not there to do so. 😂😂😂😭😭😭🤣🤣 over🤷🏾🤷🏾🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🙋🏾‍♂️ Don’t feel bad my dad wasn’t there either and I know him and he’s a mean ass carpenter he actually build staircases and decks he can also build door frames and staircases without nails like he’s Jesus or something, but all he wants to talk about is runs and risers so have fun reading this long ass comment. This guy just triggered me because I spend my life in proving the shit he didn’t give a fuck about and getting paid to not give a fuck about and if he wanted to give a fuck about it. The boss would just scold him for it and not pay him for his time good luck at the dealerships. And the human Canning shop I mean mechanic shop.😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭🤣🤣😂😂🤣🤣😭 and remember mobile mechanics like me, and Scotty Kilmer are the last honest ones 😂😂😂😂😭😭🤣

This guy clearly has absolutely no idea how to use tools don't take any advice from him he is just trying to justify spending 5 times more on the tool truck for the same tool that his cousin probably sold him. I own many brands including SnapOn and MAC and Milwaukee along with a lot of other tool companies have greatly improved their tools and all come with the same lifetime warranty as the tool truck brands difference being you can walk into a store and get your your tool warrantied whenever you want instead of being at the mercy of your local tool truck guy.

You can’t compare these to Snap On lol. People who can’t afford Snap On wrenches will always desperately attempt to compare these Taiwan mid tier wrenches to Snap On, Wright USA made. Maybe educate yourself on metallurgy. I don’t care what one mechanic thinks.

Got a sae and metric set for 190$ at home depot. Time will tell but im 100 percent positive I got a better deal then buying hype on for 500$ for only 9 metric wrenchs. Just saying, snap on is priced high just because of a name. You don’t NEED snap on and Milwaukee can most definitely make a wrench. This guy with the snap on shirt is just talking out of his neck.

There is nothing better than a snap-on wrench. Most of the wrenches in my box are snap-on. I do keep some craftsman to cut, weld, or bend. Anything I have over 1 1/4 to 2" is cheap sunex mainly because I don't use them enough. I have Icon wrenches at home, I like those. I would consider Millwaukee for home use. My perspective as a Diesel Technician Snap-on makes some of the best hand tools on the planet.

Milwaukee tools can’t make a good wrench

Because I don’t pay 500 for 3/4 of a set see I didn’t pay nearly 800 for a full set thus they aren’t good

Every snap on wonder ever money = quality

Or

Money = good

Most snap on owners mostly every where

I CALL BS ON THE IMPACT, every Milwaukee impact i have, and i have 7 of them work but not even close to the Snapon, the Milwaukee 3/8 ends wear out almost instantly, i have never changed a locking ring on my Snapon, the Milwaukee has its place we do use them all the time but the Snapon works much better.

My nephew does audio installation and spent at least $25,000 on snap-on tools and a tool box at 18 years old. Sure... The tools are great and will last him a lifetime. The pricing is just ludacris.

I don't make money off my tools but I sure don't see a $20,000 difference in quality between my HF box and less expensive tools.

Home Depot frequently has the 15-piece Milwaukee ratcheting wrenches for $79 in their daily deals. I think I'm going to finally pull the trigger on an SAE and metric set to supplement my 1980s Craftsman wrenches I bought with my first real paycheck as a kid. They'll have an easy life.

I do computer work from home... And yes, I buy my computers on sale too
