Came here by pure accident as I'm always so curious about shopping videos from other countries and...what a surprise to see gingerbread from Poland! :D
This company, 'Kopernik', is well-known from gingerbread production and variety of forms/tastes of it (my favourite are black currant ones glazed with white chocolate or coconut ones, wish you could taste them!)
