It is worthwhile to note that niv mizzet gets nerfed by leyline. Since leyline makes all your non land permanents all colours, only lands will count towards niv mizzets X ability

Am I wrong or isn't Niv Mizzet Guildpact NOT good with Leyline of the Guildpact because Niv is looking for permanents with EXACTLY 2 colors not all colors

in regards to the 5 mana rule for face-down cards, note that red has Expose the Culprit which can flip up a face-down card for only 2 mana at instant speed.

How does work the " case card " the first part of the card is only etb or is perpetually and once that resolve the first part of the case is still active ?

The only slight critic I have is that for the commons/uncommons in each color I would have appreciated to see ~6-8 cards and not only 3-4. But that may be personal preference. It's a shame they didn't renew your contract for the official MTG Arena channel, but I guess that just gets grouped in with all the other downsizing they've been doing. It seems short-sighted by them to not invest more in the game's creators or community, but we'll have to wait and see what happens with MTG over the next couple years to see what kind of an effect it will have.

Leyline of the guild pact is actually a nonbo with the new niv. Because it makes all permanent every color Niv’s requirement of two colored permanents can’t be fulfilled so it’s just a 6/6 flyer which, while good, isn’t worth being 5 colors

You didn't mention this nice interaction:

The clue equipment "Rope" makes the creature it's on unable to be blocked by more than one creature.
This effectively makes Suspects (and really any Menace creature, but suspect effects are quite plentiful) unblockable.
