DB Tech 35mm Film Scanner

There is a reason why the reviewer did not mention anything about the quality of the scanned image. It is simply very poor, I would say about 50 to 100 dpi at most, even when I used the 10 megapixel option. I bought it on Amazon, got fooled by the reviews, and returned the product immediately. I subsequently bought an Epson V550 scanner, costs about 200$, and I am very satisfied with the result.

I am generally pleased with the scanner,  However, when installing a SanDisk 8 GB SDHC card in it, noe of the controls work, including the image itself.  I am wondering if the HIGH CAPACITY card is the problem or am I missing a step somewhere?  Any thoughts?   

Your video was very helpful. I bought this product under the vendor name Jumbl and it came with no instruction manual. Searching on the internet brought no relief so this was fantastic.

I need the user’s manual, what can I do???.
