Ranking Disney Star Wars From Worst to Best

Acolyte did not retcon any lore. Anakin was still special, as he was created spontaneously, while the twins were created usng force magik. Leslye Headland is a huge Star Wars fan and knows canon, other than Tony Gilroy, who really did retcon a comic book (which nobody liked, so he was forgiven). All these retcons, which were no retcons at all were just a lame excuse to hate the show.
And Luke was not really changed that much in the Last Jedi. He always was impatient and complaining, so him becoming a cranky old man was just a logical continuation of his character. And he did not want to kill Kylo. He thought about it, but decided against it. I'm sure, he also thought about killing Palpatine in Return of the Jedi, and then decided against it.
The only negative thing I agree with is the "somehow Palpatine returned". But when I first watches A New Hope (then called Star Wars) in 1978, there was a lot in this movie, which wasn't explained either. So, this is kind of a tradition. One critisizm I have is that episodes 7-9 were a bit of a back and forth with 2 directors trying to retcon what the other one had done.
The movie I like least is Rogue One. I find it much too violent. Ther last act is 90% just shooting around. The scenes in the tower were great, but the beach fight was boring. Andor was a lot better.
My favourites from the Disney era are Skeleton Crew and The Mandalorian.

Love the list, makes a lot of sense. But one thing is that Acolyte get a lot of deserved hate for the questionable story and much more but no one talks about the fight choreography. It has some of the best use of lightsabers and force used in a battle

I actually liked acolyte and wanted to see more of it....
For me it was entertainment and i could ignore lore-breaking stuff (or didnt even recognize them as such), but seeing a different time of star wars (high republic), the different "types" of jedis involved and the fight sequences kept me entertained and watching. Would love to see more of different times of the long star wars history (and there would be more then enough stuff to show, if people were interested...)
Andor on the other side lost me twice in the first some episodes, so i did not manage yet to complete even the first half of the first season...

I will say it, rogue one was a legitimately awesome film, Disney or not, and andor is stellar, truly using the setting over just being star wars

All Rise of Skywalker did was make Last Jedi look SO much better, lmao. Rise of Skywalker is the reason I stayed away from Star Wars for years. I'm so glad that watching Episode III at the theater for the first time managed to completely reignite my love for Star Wars. I've been working through all the new shows and so far I've been enjoying most of them a lot. Have not seen The Acolyte yet, but given I had a great time with Ahsoka and the Obi Wan show I think this one will also be fine and not - as some people made it out to be - the absolute worst piece of media ever.

I think Season 7 of Clone Wars would have been more top tier if they did the crystal crisis on Utapau arc and the son of Dathomir arc instead of the bad batch and the Martez sisters arcs, and added in another arc to make the season longer. Plus a lot of fans didn’t read the Son of Dathomir comics so they didn’t see Maul’s escape from Sidious after Season 5 but rather Maul just mentioning his followers freed him.

A major issue I had with "Obi-Wan Kenobi" is that the fight between Obi-Wan and Vader straight up plagiarized the fight between Ahsoka and Vader, except it was worse.

I’m genuinely glad Andor is universally praised for how good it is.

The best Disney Star Wars was without a shadow of a doubt the 'Phineas and Ferb' special.

Season 3 is definitely overhated. Its still the worst season but its not AWFUL. Only the Jack Black and Lizzo episode and the one with Pershing were the ones i didnt like

Unpopular opinion but I think the Last Jedi was the best of the new trilogy and I thought it was a good movie. I think the problem with Rise of Skywalker was that there was a vocal crowd that hated it and Disney did their typical knee jerk reaction and changed everything after that so there was no continuity between the 3 films.
I didn’t know anything about the acting lessons for solo but it was ok. Not great but ok. Ashoka the character was my favorite and I was very disappointed in her series. I felt like it wasn’t her series. It was a continuation of rebels and not a good one at that. It was disappointing for a character I loved so much. Like since when was Sabine force sensitive? It just wasn’t great.
And for the record I have been a Star Wars fans since before most of you were born. I grew up with the original series.

I actually have the opposite opinion of Force Awakens.
I don't think it gets enough flack for being the start of the downfall of the sequels.
They were too eager to make it a beat for beat remake of Episode 4 and it setup the mold that the following sequels either had to break or follow.
I feel like they should have had Rey be a student of Luke's and Ben be good at the start of the movie and betray everyone halfway.
For some reason they decided to have the story half told already in the opening crawl (probably to copy Ep4)
but doing that paved the way for the prequels, so unless they have a trilogy to bridge ep6 and ep7 planned, they should have just started the story at the beginning (before luke went into hiding, ben became Kilo, and the first order revealed itself to the galaxy) instead of halfway through.

I would rank The Clone Wars season 7 and Rebels much higher, easily top 3. I really liked the tales shows but apart from TOTJ they were a little disappointing. Andor is easily number 1 though.

For all the flaws of Rise of the Skywalker, its a million times better than the last jedi. Then again, what my dog craps out is a million times better than the last jedi

Rebels at 9th behind TotE and Ahsoka is BANANAS. TotE isn't bad, but the writing and acting in Ahsoka is atrocious. Otherwise great list imo.
