Aubsome !
ОтветитьBeautiful and stunning landscape. Great commentary. Thanks for sharing!
ОтветитьSpectacular scenery.
ОтветитьStunning views!! And woah that road looks crazy!!! Nice driving!
ОтветитьThanks Alice 🙂 Off topic, but if you use some Flood brand Penetrol(paint additive) on those faded fender flares, it will bring them back to black. Just make sure you use some nitril gloves when applying it, and let them set for 24 hours after 👍
ОтветитьThank you! Very enjoyable!!!
ОтветитьThanks Alice, after working all day I needed a relaxing video to watch.
ОтветитьYou make some of the best videos on here. Not overly "produced", but SO WELL produced. Your passion for nature is about as evident as possible.
ОтветитьAmazing opportunities for landscape photography! Do you publish any of your photography?
ОтветитьHi Alice,
Looking forward to your Needles video. It's my favorite place in the world for hiking!
This video was excellent as always. It seems, tho, that you didn't have the opportunity to hike much. If you have the chance, let me recommend four great hikes in the Island in the Sky. Three of them descend from the mesa to the White Rim Road, Lathrop Canyon Trail and Gooseberry Trail on the Colorado River side, and Murphy Hogback Trail on the Green River side (I think you called it Murray when you mentioned the overlook). Most amazing of all is the fourth one, Syncline Loop Trail, which circles Upheaval Dome.
Happy hiking Alice!!
Great to see you out there!
Did you have an independent shop look at your coolant and oil [just in case]?
Dear Alice, thank you for another masterpiece! Very impressive) But nothing compares to your beauty! Love you ❤❤❤
ОтветитьWOW! thank you
ОтветитьAlice would you ever consider being a Park Ranger? This is a cool video, I would like to see more travel videos like this one.
ОтветитьWonderful video. We loved Canyonlands. I was surprised at the massive size and width of it. Stunning views from above. Keep up the great work and beautiful videos.
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьWOW!! How incredible was that drive/experience Alice? And what a beautiful name "Island in the Sky" district! Thank you so much for another awe inspiring video/adventure, truly stunning! You made my day! Canyonlands is the only one out of Utah's MIGHTY FIVE I haven't made it out to but have been dying to explore for years and this video/adventure is only going to add fuel to that fire. I have admired and followed a lot of your adventures throughout the world over the years but I would have to say you seemed a bit emotional in this one when you were sitting in your car (looked like you were tearing up? What was going through your mind?) and when you were at various viewpoints taking in the sceneries that I can imagine would leave anyone with an appreciation for nature utterly flabbergasted and mesmerized. Please keep up the magnificent and bountiful work you've been doing and continue to inspire nature lovers and adventure seekers for years and decades to come. I have nothing but sheer admiration for your spirit and work :)
ОтветитьHi Alice, Great video! I'd totally encourage you to do the White Rim Trail from Potash to Mineral Bottom. You can do it in a long day or overnight it with a camping permit (Murphy's is best). The track is not technically demanding, but it is narrow in places with significant drop-offs and a couple of hair raising sections. You will use low range for about half the track. Go with another experienced 4-wheeler for safety in case of breakdown, at least for your first time. Potash and Shafer are a great taste, whereas the White Rim is the full meal. It's out there, and in December nearly devoid of traffic, and truly an experience in the vast canyon desert lands.
ОтветитьBeautiful place maybe not so much for people with issues about high places
ОтветитьWonderful vlogs ❤👍
ОтветитьWow Alice! Stunning views!
The hidden paths that lead to archeological sites look incredible. What a unique opportunity.
Your sunset views have got to be my favourite. I can only begin to imagine what the night sky has to offer.🌌🌟
Great “pinned” question. Overcoming / conquered…
As an electrician, some of the most intimidating work that I have completed has been work at heights on structural via rope access (for maintenance). Certainly not for the faint of heart.
As always. Can’t wait to see more of what the parks of Utah have to offer. I thoroughly this video!
Happy Trails Alice! 😊
I really like the way you produce your videos explaining the history of it. Your travels inspire us to explore and appreciate the beauty of our land, thank you ❤
ОтветитьAwesome!!!!!!
ОтветитьWe did the white rim trail in the 80's with a baja bug. Left the dog in a kennel the camper at the ranger station and off we went in the baja for an overnight trip. We actually had to talk the rangers into letting us go because the baja is not 4 wheel drive which was a requirement then. Was a fantastic experience, I am glad to see you got to do the Shafer trail. I want to try it again with my ADV motorcycle but I am not much of an off road rider so we shall see.
ОтветитьC’est un territoire immense à couvrir. Des vues splendides et une trame sonore efficace afin de nous inviter à ressentir la quiétude du désert tout comme si on était sur place… 😎
ОтветитьAlice, this is one of your best presentations of a NP yet, if not the best. I was at Canyonlands two weeks ago. Planned for a few days and stayed for ten. I watched a sunrise from the spot you closed at above Shafer Canyon. Spectacular. Love what you do and how you do it. You’ve been a true inspiration in my life. Thank you!! ❤️✨👏
ОтветитьThank you for videos, this one is a masterpiece! I enjoy it and learn about our beautiful planet. You're an inspiration to all us. God bless you and keep you safe in your trips. Continue exploring 🥰
ОтветитьHy Alice , Thank you for all your Beautiful Videos. What do you in This Moment. Greetings from Germany ,….
ОтветитьAnother amazing film Alice, Just wow! This NP looks amazing.
ОтветитьGood stuff! white rim 100 on a MTB...classic stuff
ОтветитьFantastic trip and filming!
ОтветитьI've rode the Shaffer trail both ways on my BMW G650GS,great time.
ОтветитьWOW! Thanks
ОтветитьIt’s island IN the sky.
ОтветитьIf your going to drive in hot conditions on a regular basis or climb a lot of hills or pull a trailer, consider installing a oil cooling system and transmission cooling system, make sure your spare tire is a actual tire with the correct pressure.
ОтветитьI love this episode & would definitely try to do this next summer :) Thank You Alice :)
ОтветитьOne of my favorite trails. If I have newbies with me, I do this first, just to see what level their driving skills are at. Wonderful video.
ОтветитьDo you have a jeep or did you rent one? I would love to do this! Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьThanks for taking us on this sketchy drive! Not sure we'd try it although we did drive the Gemini Bridges Trail, rated easy by the Jeep Rental folks. Still some scary spots but great for us.
ОтветитьAlice, I discovered your channel a couple weeks ago. Your videos are up there with some of the best solo women on you tube. I’m 75 years old and have such fond memories of Canyonlands and Arches when I was younger. I really hope to get back there soon before I get too old to travel and hike. Also your narrative voice is so comforting and soothing! So glad that I found you, thank you for what you do!!
ОтветитьExcellent!
ОтветитьLooks like an epic drive with some gorgeous views! Thanks for sharing your journey with us.
ОтветитьMy wife and I went to Moab our first time in June 23. It didn’t disappoint! We drove the same route up to Canyonland and the Island in the Sky. It’s absolutely majestic. I can’t wait to go back!
ОтветитьWhy would you walk across the arch?
ОтветитьGreat job! I am heading there next week!
ОтветитьAlice I have been to CanyonLands National Park three times and each time I saw something different.
ОтветитьNot even sketch. There's way more dangerous roads in America. This road is maintained by the park service and is over traveled by tons of people.
ОтветитьI was just there last weekend. I did the Potash Road and hooked up with the Shafer Trail going up with my new 4Runner. Canyonlands and Arches are always fun. I also did the hike to Morning Glory natural bridge. Love your videos.
ОтветитьYou should photograph Mesa Arch during sunrise. You have to get there really early to get your spot because many photographers are there to do the same.
ОтветитьSpoiler Alert - I used to be terrified of driving on any sort of mountain road. What's something you used to be afraid of that you have conquered?
Ответить
