* Sigh * Over $800,000 without a basement? Houses so close you can hear your neighbor poot. This house is worth $400,000 and houses in this neighborhood will be sold for said price soon. I paid under $500,000 for my custom built home in 2006. My home has far more character, my master bedroom is huge and it came with a custom master closet. They were asking a million with a wire shelf in the master closet? You can't even get a wrought iron double front door in this over $800,000 home? Folks done lost their minds...builders, buyers and sellers. Hell, I predict that this same house will be worth $300,000 in the not too distant future. Y'all out here buggin'!
