SoMAS - North Atlantic Rail and the Hartford 400 project: A super rail system for the northeast.

It's about time but it's going to suck having to live through all the construction. I think 84 should be buried further out past the old cinamas on Silver Lane that would open up the Hockinum River front. Also keep rt2 underground further till Glastonbury and that would open up more of East Hartfords river front! Also keep 84W buried a bit further past the twisties.
The high speed rail is a great idea too. However while the money is flowing we should finish 384 to Providence and rt11 to New London. This will also save gas and emissions cause people are still going to drive that way even with the rail service.ł
