Great video but one of your facts is not correct. Stanley Park in Vancouver, BC, is 1/5 LARGER than Central Park.

Phoenix park in dublin ireland is twice the size of central park

What sold me: the Main Street Park. Also, the nightlife and the Oculus and the local bookstores. As a musician NY is a dream. If I ever have to move from Biloxi, Mississippi....... that’s easy: NYC Washington Heights area.
