Hi, does anyone here knows how to fix this? I am in the part of creating a User Registration but when I tried submitting it, this error message shows up.

Using the URLconf defined in myproject.urls, Django tried these URL patterns, in this order:

admin/
[name='index']
register [name='register']
The current path, POST, didn’t match any of these.

In WeatherApp Project, when i tried empty search then it show BAD Request and then if i refresh it remain same.
Is there any way to let it go???
