Will this work on 70cm simplex?
ОтветитьThe sstv app link is dead bro.
ОтветитьOne very important thing to mention is that 145.500 MHz is the 2m calling frequency in Europe. Don't use that frequency for anything but voice in the eu
ОтветитьDoes the radio have to be on and next to the phone device when you’re recieveing an image or can you just have the phone device on by itself?
ОтветитьRemember you have to include your callsign in the image to stay legal.
ОтветитьYou got a humanoid labrador dog ?
Ответитьliked and subscribed ‼️
ОтветитьWhat kind of antenna is on that ft3d
ОтветитьWhat antenna is on you’re ft3 please
Ответитьdo i need a callsign if i only want to receive/decode ?
ОтветитьI have a shortwave receiver. Is it possible to use that with my computer to download the slow scan images?
ОтветитьRichmond KY??
ОтветитьGreat video, I love that app, There is an audio cable to connect the phone directly to your baofeng and it works great with the app
ОтветитьNice, like the soundtrack de VE7QRZ
ОтветитьCan an aprs cable be used for this too?

Yeah, that is going to be a really handy mode when cell towers go down. SMH
ОтветитьGot it.
ОтветитьI'm trying to record the audio with a cell phone and play it back to the same application without sending it through a radio and having very poor quality and a ton of complete failures. Not understanding why this doesn't work.
ОтветитьWould it work if you used an elastic band to hold down the push to talk button?
ОтветитьThats awesome man. Thanks for making this video. I was looking for a more portable way to do this.
Ответитьuv5r is really cheap and useful
ОтветитьWhat frequency range do you use for SSTV on 2m? I didn't hear it on the video. 73 KE0OAP
Ответитьreally appreciate this video, this sstv can be very usefull on remote area which lack of mobile phone signal. 73 de YD0SSE
Ответитьare baofang bluetooth or something
Ответитьand can we make a sstv video of like 5 fps or 3 fps
Ответитьcan we use wifi to transmit the image
ОтветитьThanks Billy! With your help I was actually able to get MMSSTV to work by itself along with the FTDX-1200 and have made six SSTV contacts since then including my first DX contact with Costa Rica today! I've even made my own templates. Thanks again! KC2NVG, N.Y.
ОтветитьAnother option for just receiving SSTV is to use WEBSDR and for IOS BlackCat has CQ SSTV. Works relatively easy and for HF 20M is a good place to start at 14.230, when the bands are open.
ОтветитьAwesome video. I'm in an area with no digpeater for Aprs. Do you have a video to set one up at home?
ОтветитьNice hat
ОтветитьDon't forget to ask if the frequency is in use and identify with your call sign before transmitting. This will keep the FCC happy :) Great video, as usual!
Ответитьfun stuff. :-) ve9 from Canada
