Jun, I was so happy to receive your newsletter recommending this show! It truly fit the bill for my Friday night binge while my husband traveled! Even though it brought back the stress of Culinary School, it was SO fun - were you happy with the winner? I won't spoil it for those who have yet to watch it, but the 'other guy' had my vote! I have Korean kim/nori in my pantry, but no perilla oil... tell me, is the one you used 'toasted' or extra virgin cold-pressed?
I would LOVE to have you recreate the dim sum that was so popular! =]
