Man this asmr trend where they use ADHD in the title is such an insult... Like genuinely, it's very frustrating to see because it always feels like a mockery. As if people with ADHD need to have fast moving colours and shapes and everything is go go go. Like this isn't helpful at all for ADHD, it's a fun video sure, but this is not going to do anything for my ADHD. Also maybe this is a personal issue entirely but constantly being told to focus on something makes me feel shitty, like I am entirely incapable of focusing on anything for a moment.
