This build is completely stupid for your vats, you need accuracy otherwise you will have a problem hitting anything in your vats and you will run out of ammo. As for weapons, pistols are everywhere, sniper rifles can be found on the ground in the last house next to the museum, your build is bad, and the gameplay is complicated and horrendous. I feel sorry for the people who will bite it hahahaahah

Its different than using explosive weapons though by having long range which means all of you problems turn into butter before they are even born
